Summary:
Enjoy a comfortable and stylish stay in SLC. The home is located in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood. Enjoy the Gazebo, cornhole, or a peaceful short walk to Liberty Park and much more!

Imagine stepping out your front door and being within 10 minutes of every SLC destination. This includes the Vivint Arena, Temple Square, City Creek, Eccles Theatre, Salt Palace Convention Center, University of Utah, and many more! Not to mention the home is a short 12 minute drive from the Airport.

The Space:
The home has 4 bedrooms all supplied with comfy memory foam mattresses and 4 pillows along with all necessary linens. There is one living room upstairs and one downstairs as well. The living rooms both have comfortable pull out couches that will comfortably sleep 2 each. Extra pillows and blankets are available in the closets in the bedrooms.
The home features a large fenced in backyard area with a gazebo and seating area. The home is supplied with outdoor games like cornhole and large Jenga. The home has 2 kitchens that are fully stocked with all the cooking supplies and utensils one would need to make a great home cooked meal!

Guest Access:
The whole home is accessible to our guests.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood in SLC. The second largest park in SLC; Liberty park is a short walk away from the home. You can take a peaceful walk or enjoy a great outdoor workout. The park also has an aviary, a large pond, food trucks, and much more.
There are many great restaurants & coffee shops in the area that are either a short walk or drive away. There are endless options between food, parks, and much more in the neighborhood.

Getting Around:
The home has a long driveway that can park at least 2 vehicles. There is also free street parking in front of the home, which is always available. You can get around the entire city with the scooter apps; Lime, Bird, & Lime. Uber and Lift is everywhere.

Other Things to Note:
As your host, I am dedicated to making your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. I'll be available to assist you throughout your stay. Whether you need recommendations for local attractions, assistance with amenities in the apartment, or simply a bit of local insight, I'm just a message or phone call away.

While I respect your privacy and want to give you ample space to enjoy your stay, I also believe in proactive communication. I will regularly check in via the messaging platform to ensure that everything is going smoothly and to answer any queries you might have.

In case of any urgent issues or emergencies, I am reachable. I aim to respond to all messages promptly and typically get back within an hour.

The goal is to ensure you feel fully supported during your stay and that any questions or issues you might have are dealt with swiftly and professionally. I'm looking forward to hosting you and making your stay a memorable one!

Family Gathering

The home fit our family gathering with 4 bedrooms and large dining room table. The basement living area was wonderful for the kids to play. We were within walking distance to Liberty Park. Was disappointed not all the appliances worked in the basement kitchen as advertised. Would stay here again in the future.

Perfect for a large group

This house was perfect for our long weekend in Salt Lake City! It is in a very nice neighborhood and so close to everything! We had three cars in our group and always had a place to park. The beds are extremely comfortable and housed a group of ten of us perfectly.

Great to see some old friends

Me and my friends all met here in Salt Lake City at a festival last year. Through the year we talked about running it back, and when the time came, we did. We packed up and lived in SLC together for 4 days. 4 of the best days of our lives.

Cozy and cute with lots of space

Four of us were in town for a conference (held downtown). We wanted a place with space that was within walking distance and this place was perfect. 4 bedrooms and two baths worked out great for our group of 4. The weather was nice so walking was an easy 20 min. We will definitely come back next time the conference is in town.

A must-stay!

We booked this as a stop-off between Bryce Canyon and Jackson Hole. Originally only booked one night, but inquired with owner as to adding on the night before as well. Quick response, had it booked within minutes. So glad we did! Comfortable, roomy home with beautiful upgrades throughout. Spent part of the evening on the deck under the gazebo. Impressed and delighted with our choice. Thank you!

Nice stay-but few things we wish we knew before

We had a nice stay. I would say there were a few things we wish we knew before staying: The basement bedrooms- my husband is 6’3 and smashed his head on the ceiling several times when putting our toddler to bed because the basement bedroom entry ways and doors drop down to about 5’10. The doors were cut to fit that height. My mom who is like 5’10 also got her head once. Knowing that a head of time would have been great! And the couches were very very very uncomfortable so we were not able to relax in the home as much as we would have liked. I even went back to the listing and read reviews to see if those 2 things were mentioned anywhere after the first day and couldn’t find anything. There were also cigarette butts outside my toddler tried eating that I had to pick up the first day. She also pulled out garbage from under the tv stand downstairs. She’s probably the only one small enough to see it so I wouldn’t have known if she didn’t pull it out. Again had a nice stay just a few things we would have liked to know before booking. Host was very responsive and great and the house overall was nice-we would stay again if the couches were different so we would be able to relax when not on the go. We threw our bathing suits in the dryer before leaving and forgot to grab them. The host was very nice to go check but the cleaning crew had already been there and the suits were not found. Nothing on the host as they offered to ship.

Little house with tons of space

We comfortably slept 4 couples, and 2 children. We were only there overnight but the house had everything that we needed. We sat outside and played with the yard games that were provided.

Quiet Neighborhood

Plenty of room for our 6 family members. Great location, short walk to a park, short drive to most other city locations. The property was clean and has all you need. Having laundry facilities was a real bonus too. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Visit to Salt Lake

We had a wonderful 8 night stay in this adorable house. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. It was centrally located to all the activities we were doing in the Salt Lake area. It is just a few blocks from Liberty Park and there were also some delicious restaurants within walking distance. The basement area was perfect for our 13 year old daughter and it was nice having the backyard space to relax in the evenings. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Clean, quiet, great for a night

Our group of 6 (3 couples) stayed here one night - it was a great, comfortable stay and did the job for our short time in SLC. The neighborhood was quiet, felt safe, and communicating with the host was wonderful. He was very flexible, and it was easy to get in. Kitchen was pretty barebones, and could have used more living room seating, but overall a great place to stay!

Cute house with a surprising amount of space

The house looks small on the outside but has lots of space thanks to a spacious and beautifully renovated basement. We also enjoyed the large back garden for kids to run around. The property owner was super responsive with questions ove the messaging here. Replied immadiately and took action. All in all a very pleasant experience.
