Located just an hour North of Seattle, tucked in the Cascade Mountains off the beautiful Mountain Loop Scenic byway in Granite Falls. The charming Crystal Springs cabin is perched above the alluring Canyon Creek. Expect to see breathtaking beauty and have memorable experiences offered every season. This cabin is geared to offer a plethora of experiences, adventure and relaxation all year round. Enjoy for a romantic getaway, writers retreat, friends and/or family vacation. Granite Falls is an old logging town and is a the gateway to the Mountain Loop, known for many outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, camping, kayaking and sledding among other activities.
The space features wood-clad walls and exposed beams. Property is children and pet friendly. You’ll have the entire secluded property and cabin to yourself. Cabin was originally built as a fishing cabin back in the 1960’s. It’s since been recently fully remodeled. Inside you will find two bedrooms, one bathroom, one kitchen and a fireplace. The cabin sleeps six individuals with queen beds in both bedrooms and couch with a queen pull out. Outside you will have a large deck overlooking Canyon Creek which offers stunning views, fishing, swimming, floating, kayaking and rafting. There is a dedicated fire pit in the yard with lawn chairs provided. We also have a propane fire pit that’s located under the covered area on the back deck. We offer a jacuzzi hot tub that overlooks Canyon Creek where you can soak away your troubles and soreness while listening to the river rushing beneath the stars.
Guests have private access to the entire ½ acre property, cabin and driveway. The river level fluctuates drastically. We recommend lounging riverside on the sandy private beach area at the river’s edge in the warmers seasons. During the colder seasons, the river may be high at times. Please be cautious of the river rising while exploring.
Located in a private community. If you plan on bringing a dog, please be respectful of neighbors nearby. Do not allow your dog to roam free and ensure pet does not disrupt nearby livestock. The driveway is steep and large bended with no turnaround at the bottom. We recommend reversing down the driveway to allow for easier take off. If you do not have 4 wheel drive or are not confident with pulling all the way down, please leave your vehicle at the top of the drive which can snuggly fit 2 vehicles. Please come prepared for slippery winter driving and walking conditions. While we have done our best to ensure the property is safe for children, pets and maybe one too many folks – please be cautious and cognizant of your surroundings while roaming the property especially on the upper property near the river side and while navigating down the river pathway which is kept mostly in its natural state so beware of rocks, sticks etc while exploring.
