Was good for a quick stay, close to the areas we needed to be. Bathrooms had some dirty spots. But overall was tidy and comfortable.

The 3 bedroom unit with a nice living room and dining area worked well for us, as we were in town visiting our daughter who lives and works nearby. As she lives in a small apartment with roommates, staying here gave us a relaxing place to visit, chat, and play board games together.

The owner was great with communication! The neighborhood was the perfect distance from all the attractions we went to while here. Super clean and worked perfectly with the trip!

Good No-Frills Apartment

This apartment checks a lot boxes. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms and a functional kitchen. Could use a little color and upgrades on bedding and kitchen ware. But overall it works well enough for a weekend in Tampa where you’re out and about and just need a decent place to crash. Good communication and help from Mohammad.

Graduated from The University of Tampa in 2020, at the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic, and then pursued many businesses that I founded while some failed. One of the things I got drawn to even before college was real estate and luxury living; unfortunately, my beloved real estate mentor (Muna Faouri) was a victim of the pandemic.
