This authentic Heritage log cabin is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath home that will delight you and your guests in every way. The view of Mt. LeConte and surrounding mountains is spectacular and invites you all to gaze in wonder, filling your soul with the Majesty of the Mountains.

As soon as you step out of your car into the Honey Bear driveway, you’ll be overtaken by the panoramic view...and your Great Smoky Mountain experience will continue from the wrap-around deck leading up to the front door.

Once you enter Honey Bear into the spacious great room, you’ll feel safely surrounded by the real hand-hewn log walls. The high ceilings of the great room will give your gathering the sensation of plenty of space for either dining or relaxing together. This place is big and roomy – spacious enough for everyone to spread out or gather together with comfy furniture and a real log fireplace. Sofa bed and chairs provide seating with the beautiful stone fireplace as the focal point. Plenty of room to gather and have a conversation, watch a favorite movie on the flat screen, or just curl up with a great book. Relax……you're on vacation here at Honey Bear.

When you leave the living room and enter the kitchen, you’ll have everything you need for your getaway - four-course meals or sandwich and chips - and it's right next to the windows with a view of the mountains! Whether you’re here to cook, prepare meals, wash dishes, hang out with friends or family…. we know you’ll enjoy your cozy "home away from home” at the Honey Bear.

Just steps away out on the deck is the private hot tub with another fabulous view of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Hot tub seats 6. Relax and allow the hot water and jets to wash your cares away, or sit in some of the Adirondack Chairs and enjoy the view of the Appalachian Trail. Total relaxation prepared and ready for your arrival.

Both bedrooms are furnished with Smoky Mountain log beds - solid and rustic with comfortable mattresses. There’s also a sofa bed to allow your group to sleep six. Comfy mountain sleeping so you wake refreshed and ready to get on with the day's activities.

On the main floor is the large master bedroom. Imagine - you get up from your fabulous King Bed, walk out onto the deck from the main floor and open your eyes to the blue smoke rising from the Smoky Mountains.

Let's go up the stairs to the Game Room which is another Honey Bear gathering spot. Pool table and chairs, a huge window to the mountain view, this may be the favorite “adult” spot. On this top level of the cabin is also another Flat Screen TV. Hours and hours of entertainment and fun and memory making await you. When it’s time for your group to retire for the night only steps away from the Game Room is a private Queen bedroom and a full bedroom.

Located only about 6 miles from the Rocky Tops Sports Complex - easy drive back and forth if you're here for an event.
At Honey Bear you’re also only a short drive from the Greenbrier entrance to the National Park with lots of hiking along the Little Pigeon River. It's a lesser known entrance to the Park and absolutely beautiful and closer to you. About 15 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg and all the attractions.
