This unique and enchanting Pendleton lake cottage is cozy enough for couples looking to re-connect for a romantic weekend but also big enough for a fun family time on the lake or small groups of friends.

It has an open and spacious living area with beautiful stained wood from the floor to the ceiling with a comfy sectional, smart TV for streaming, wifi, and a wood burning fire place. The living room opens up to a gourmet kitchen with stained wood cabinets, granite countertops, and is equipped with an electric stove, wall oven, dishwasher and all the kitchen amenities you will need to cook and enjoy at the farm style dining table big enough for the entire family or just the two of you. The table also doubles as the perfect setup for family game night, and there are plenty of classic and new fun options to choose from like Monopoly and Throw Throw Burrito.

The house has 3 spacious bedrooms with cozy linens that can sleep up to 6 comfortably, each with their own lake views to wake up to each morning, and 2 full sizeable bathrooms.

The real experience, however, is outside where you will experience a delightful entertainment space with a deck that spans the length of the house. You can start the day with coffee in the outdoor sitting area and end it grilling steaks or the day’s catch before starting a fire, all while taking in the expansive lake views.

This home is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy nature, but most of all, to make unforgettable memories with loved friends and family.

It's just outside of Greers Ferry on a quiet road with only a few other neighbors and you will see plenty of deer, racoons and foxes. It's a 7 minute drive to nearest marina/boat ramp (Hill Creek Marina), less than 10 minutes from other nearby marinas, grocery/general stores, and restaurants like Lake Town Grill and the famed Jansen’s! It's also just a 30 minute drive from Heber Springs, the Little Red River, and world class trout fishing! It's less than 20 minutes from
Fairfield Bay, plenty more restaurants, hiking trails, biking and the nearest wine/beer store. While there are plenty of Greers Ferry houses to choose from, this is our personal lake cottage that we stay at when in town, so we don't take any short cuts on comfort, peacefulness, and relaxation.
