● Interior Feature - This two-story home has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, televisions in each room, and a two-car garage. The first floor offers the ideal space for entertaining, with a living room and dining area with bar seats to enjoy a freshly prepared meal from the fully equipped and open kitchen that overlooks the family room and dining area.

The first floor:

The living room: The living room has a full, comfortable sofa where you can unwind while watching some of your favorite TV programs or movies on the large smart TV, where you can log in to various streaming platforms and never miss an episode.

Left hand side of living room: We have a half bathroom downstairs for a quick bathroom break, and the other is a laundry room with a vacuum, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and laundry supplies. Kitchen: The kitchen has beautiful 42" cabinets stocked with cooking essentials, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances, including a stove, microwave, toasting machine, air fryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator, providing you and your family with a home-away-from-home feel.

Right hand side of the living room - There is a door leading to the private, gated yard. This yard featured outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill for cooking your favored grilled or barbecued dishes.

Second Floor:

Bedroom 1: This is the spacious master suite with a king-size bed, a flat-screen television, and a walk-in closet. It also features a walk-in closet and a restroom with a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2: Enjoy a restful night's sleep in the queen-size bed and unwind by streaming your favorite movie or television show on the smart television.

Bedroom 3: Located after the stairs on the left side of the house. It has a comfortable bed and a smart-screen television on the wall that supports streaming of movies, music, and television programs.

In addition, the calendar is available for immediate bookings. Also available for month-to-month leases and extended stays; we are accommodating and flexible.

This residence is completely furnished and includes utilities.

Great location

Even tho we drove, the location near the airport makes for a great feature. The unit was very comfortable and there's definitely no shortage of restaurants and shopping within an easy drive even tho the unit is in a quiet and secure neighborhood. Quick access to I-45 allowed us easy mobility to our son's event in the Woodlands and sight-seeing in other parts of the city. Unit is very clean and as advertised with nice little touches too (slippers, lotions). The host was helpful and responsive. Enjoyeda dinner at the Adriatic Cafe Italian grill nearby. We would recommend and stay again in the future.

IT WAS BAD! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

Not happy!!! First, the toilet overflowed in the downstairs bathroom and flooded the entire downstairs to include the carpet on the stairs which is going to lead to mold under the flooring and the wood under the stairs. We're on vacation and here I am with a tiny mop trying to soak up a flood of water or we would have been trapped on the stairs due to so much water. Second, there's something living in the duct over the stove and you can hear it scratching and crawling around and I'm thankful it didn't come out while we were there. Third, the hot water ran out and there were only 3 adults and a 4 year old. Lastly, we had activities planned and paid for (no refund possible) that we had to miss out on because we had to stay at the house for the ENTIRE DAY with the plumbers. I asked the host to compensate me for the day + fees that I had to pay out of my pocket for the day missed and she stated that she's only willing to do the daily rate amount! So, here I am stuck with the daily rate + fees + pre-planned paid for events that we missed. I do not recommend!

Great Property & Host

We had some unexpected weather on our trip which caused us to have to stay in a hotel due to loss of power. It would be best if the host didn't allow guests to smoke on the property, even if it is only outside. Or it should be called out. After booking we were charged $280 for our dogs, which was not mentioned upfront. Otherwise, the host was very attentive and the house is well kept, well appointed, and the host is very responsive.
