The Space--Featuring three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a half bath located in the laundry room, a screened in porch with a bar, dining set for four, and a tv overlooking the yard equipped with seating and a built in putting practice green. Pet friendly, but keep an eye on those fur babies as we're not fully fenced and leashing is recommended. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances and features an espresso machine and Keurig K-Duo for those coffee/espresso lovers! The garage is equipped with a bar, Tv, poker table, and couches for sport fanatics or family fun! We just know you'll love this home as much as we do!

Historic Southern Pines--Most historic sites and some beautiful parks are within walking or biking distance of the downtown shopping district, and currently expanding bicycle and pedestrian greenways. The greater Pinehurst, Southern Pines, and Aberdeen area is world-famous as the Home of American Golf, but this town has plenty to offer in addition to luscious green fairways. Come stroll through the gorgeous streets in our downtown shopping district, with its many fine restaurants, locally-owned boutiques, and coffee shops. Weymouth Center, Tour the magnificent Weymouth Center and grounds and explore other historic sites. Theaters: catch a concert, play, or indie flick at one of North Carolina's pre-eminent arts theaters, Sunrise Theater, located in the center of downtown. Stop in the library for copy machine services, a pay for use computer, free WiFi, and for those needing a little relaxation reading, a collection of "honor" books (to be brought back at your leisure). The library offers many programs for all ages, so check out the calendar of events online to see what is happening during your visit. Galleries: Treat your eyes and mind to the galleries of the Arts Council of Moore County housed in the grand Campbell House. Parks & Nature: stretch your legs and breathe some fresh air in one of our many parks. From basketball courts to grills to a reservoir perfect for kayaking, you'll be able to satisfy almost any outdoor craving. For your convenience, we provide a starter set of household essentials (laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, paper products, etc.) Should you run out, there are plenty of places nearby for you to pick up extra supplies.

We do not offer cable. All televisions are for streaming so don't forget to bring logins for your streaming subscriptions.

Please remember you're staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask you treat our property with respect(think about staying with your in-laws for a week) to ensure that future guests can enjoy the house as well.

Guests have complete and exclusive access to this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The Yale smart lock is located on the front door. There you will enter your access code to enter the property. This property is also Pet Friendly! The driveway offers enough room for two vehicles,

*Getting Around*

A personal vehicle is preferred though the availability of Lyft and Uber is always increasing. This home is located in the perfect place with a short trip to downtown Historic Souther Pines. It is only a few minutes from several shops and restaurants on Broad Street making it easy to stay busy and find things to do during your stay. Hwy 1 makes traveling will be a breeze. Fort Bragg is only 30 minutes away!

*The Neighborhood*

This is a small quiet neighborhood surrounded by many beautiful homes. There is a shopping center and many restaurants located close by. This neighborhood is very quiet so we do not allow any parties and ask that the news level is kept to a minimum after 9:00 pm.

*Interaction with Guests*

This home is managed by Military First BnB Solutions. In the spirit of social distancing, Check-In is self-guided and you will let yourself in with a unique door code.
Our Host Team strives to make ourselves promptly available to answer questions or make accommodations. We’re only a message away!

Check-ins later than 9 Pm should be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9 pm may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in.
