Awesome house, walking distance to town

Everything was perfect, beautiful gathering area in the living room, wonderful porches for coffee in the morning. Quiet street. Will definitely try to get this house again.

Excellent choice for us

Staying in Southern Pines is a great choice if visiting the Pinehurst area. Our VRBO was as advertised and we had a perfect stay.

Wonderful stay for Horse Show at Carolina Horse Park

We had a great stay while our daughters were showing at the Carolina horse Park, which was about 15 minutes away. It was the perfect location! It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed! We would stay again next time!

The house is updated and incredibly comfortable! The location is impossible to beat, great host- Amy was very easy to communicate with- and even mailed my daughters blankie back to us! We will stay here again for sure!

Wonderful cottage with everything we needed!

My family of 7 including members of 3 generations had a lovely stay in this cottage last weekend. It accommodated our needs generously- separate spaces, lovely porches, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, closets, and parking, along with a comfortable living area. We all loved this house and definitely recommend it for anyone coming to Southern Pines.

Southern Pines Stay

Loved the house and the decor and the added holiday decorations. House and location totally met our needs and our expectations. The comfort level was 100% My son and daughter had to purchase higher quality toilet paper but otherwise, loved the venue.....

Adorable house in the perfect location

My friends and I had a wonderful stay! Amy was friendly and quick to respond to my questions. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved spending time on the screened porch. It was an easy three minute walk to the shops and restaurants on Broad Street. We definitely would stay here again! Thank you.

Great property in downtown Southern Pines

We stayed here for a girls spa/shopping weekend. Due to the storm (heavy rain from Ian), shops & restaurants were closed. I contacted Amy & she allowed us access to the house early. The house is so comfortably decorated & had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this property.

Awesome house, walking distance to restaurants and bars

Went for a golf weekend with the boys. Perfect house for the Pines courses. Less than a mile to Southern Pines. Five minutes from Mid Pines. Seven minutes to Talamore. 12 minutes to Pinehurst number two. Hiighly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

As advertised

House is as cute as it looks and very well located if you like to walk to the charming Main Street (ie Broad St) in So Pines. Kitchen has new, well functioning appliances and we loved the screened in porch and rocking chairs out front. Owner was very responsive to our inquiries. We had a fun time and look forward to visiting again.

Delightful in Every Way

We had such a wonderful and relaxing stay at this lovely house! It was immaculate and functional, cozy and pretty- super comfortable beds too! My husband really enjoyed the front porch. Great conversations were had on the screened in outdoor sitting area and on the amazing gorgeous & huge blue sectional sofa! We look forward to booking again the next time we visit our daughter there in Southern Pines.
