Initially designed for up to 4 guests, we now cater exclusively to 2 guests, ensuring a more intimate and comfortable stay .

The Space:
Experience the ultimate getaway at our exclusive Spacious Suite-room (330sqf) designed for pure comfort and relaxation.


Inside the suite, you'll find everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable stay :

⦁ A private balcony facing south where you can enjoy direct views of the intracoastal waterways and the ocean .

⦁ A king bed with a memory foam mattress for a truly comfortable night's sleep, and you can relax in front of our 55" Roku TV.

⦁ While the unit is designed like a hotel room without any kitchen nor kitchenette. We've equipped the room with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and dining table for you to savor your breakfast or delivered meals.

Parking:
Please note that there is no included parking spot with this unit. The building offers valet parking for $35 plus tax per day for stays under 3 nights. Alternatively, you can use the Paybyphone app for street parking.


Important Information:

✔ In order to register your stay and ensure compliance with building regulations (it is mandatory and required to provide those information), we kindly request the following information at least 2 business days in advance a copy of:
ID, phone number, and email address for you and all your guests.
Please note that in the case of last-minute reservations (less than 48 hours before arrival in the building), we require this information immediately, as we can only process last-minute registrations with proof of a last-minute booking.
✔ The minimum age required to book our place is 21 years old for the primary guest as mandated by the building management. Please do not book if you are under 21 years old, as you will be required to cancel on your end, and we will enforce the cancellation policy.
✔ Please note that the electronic access is provided by the building's software.
✔ While we are delighted to host families, please be aware that our apartment does not offer special amenities or safety equipment for children. We cannot take responsibility in case of accidents.of
✔ We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like trash bags in trash cans, some toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, body wash ( no refill).
✔ We do not supply any food or cooking condiments. All food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of condiments like cooking oil, salt & pepper, sugar, coffee, etc. prior to check-in. If you plan to cook at home, you can easily pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.
