Our modern beautiful superior condo is fully furnished and equipped and renovated with vinyl floors.

This apartment is located at the Beachwalk Resort at the corner of Hallandale Beach Boulevard and the Intracoastal Waterway, conveniently located between Miami Beach to the south, and Ft. Lauderdale to the north.
It is just one easy block to the beach and minutes from the most fabulous nightlife, dining, shopping, and recreation experience.

PARKING IS NOT included.

Self Parking (3-night minimum) $25 plus tax per day. Long Term Self Parking (7-30 nights) $175 plus tax. Valet $35 plus tax per day. **Parking is limited to two-vehicle per reservation. Paid directly to the resort.

Occasionally, during the high season, there is a wait for the elevators.

There are no resort fees!

Beach Services:

- Hours of Operations: 9 AM – 5 PM.
- Pick Up: From Beachwalk and Drop Off at Public Beach Entrance in between The Siam and The Tides.

Clean in Great Location & View

Clean room, comfy beds. View off the balcony was nice. Property nice with a shuttle to the beach. Restaurant on property is closed down. Nice location, short walk or uber to strip. 4 star not 5 due to unit needing some TLC, like a fresh coat of paint and the towel rack was hanging off the wall. Some wall outlets need replaced, too loose to hold a plug.

Poorly advertised and unclean

This property could use some TLC. It’s a very small studio, scuffed walls, hot water doesn’t work in bathroom sink, sheets not clean. very dirty floors, refrigerator to be defrosted, old worn chair, and toilet seat is broken. The only positive thing is the outdoor sitting area and the view that isn’t an ocean view as advertised. Pay attention to advertising with the price per night.

Nice place

Everything in the ad was accurate. View from balcony was lovely. Unfortunately when we arrived the toilet seat was unattached. We had the building maintenance come up and they had a temporary fix but the seat was barely attached. We called and texted the owner but for the 4 days we were there we never received a response. The building said they could not do anything else without the owners permission. I hope it gets fixed before the next guests arrive.

Cute and clean studio, 23rd floor

The place is clean, the balcony has a great view of partial ocean and city view which was a plus. The only thing that was difficult was the check in process. First of all they say it’s a resort but the only thing resort-ish is the fact that you needed a wrist band to get to the mediocre pool; it closes at 5:30 and the ‘bistro’ bar was pretty whack. Check in is at 4 and there’s NOTHING to do until then- they won’t even let u chill by the pool. Parking is VALLET ONLY AND IS $30 A DAY! Now the vallet guys were SUPER CHILL but the older lady at the front desk was HORRIBLE. The way she talked to us was beyond RUDE and condescending. She also let her coworker do all the work while she stood there in plain sight, in front a LONG LINE of people waiting to check in and was talking on her personal cell phone, about her personal issues (we speak Spanish so we heard the whole thing). I work in customer service and at the very least she could have stepped out of customers sight to handle a personal matter. The elevators- Believe what they say- it’s looooooong and the staff (maintenance and house keeping) us the same elevators throughout the day. It can get frustrating waiting 10-12 mins for a ride up/down. But this rental was fantastic. The listing is correct and nothing against the person who listed this unit. They were great!
