For shared amenities, soak in the glittering pool or the relaxing hot tub. Stay here any time of the year, come snow or sun. Walk approximately two minutes and spend sunny days at the private beach; rent boats, kayaks, paddleboards, and everything else to have an unforgettable lake experience at Ski Run Marina, roughly five minutes away. For wintertime fun, bring your skis and enjoy fresh powder at nearby ski resorts. This home even includes a rack for storing your skis after a day on the slopes.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a feeling of welcome throughout the space. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, and streaming your favorite movies on the large TV. Prepare grand meals and lake picnic snacks in the completely remodeled kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances. Find the epitome of comfort in the main bedroom boasting a TV for private viewing. The loft features a bonus sleeping space with a desk and TV, plus there is a sofa bed in the living area ensuring enough room for everyone.

Things to Know
To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. No fishing or diving off the dock is permitted.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect for a weekend in Tahoe

This was a wonderful place to stay for a quick weekend in Tahoe. We, 3 people total, were up to ski at Heavenly, and Vacasa offered the perfect place that was clean and comfortable and perfect to relax after a day of skiing. It is a convenient short drive away from the town and gondola and the hot tub was a great oasis after a long day. Highly recommend.

Great location

The place was cute on the inside and had everything we needed. The only negative was the musty sort of smell when first walking into the building. We also couldn’t get the fireplace/heater to turn on. On the outside it seems they are doing construction so it wasn’t as nice on the eye near the building, however the walk to the pools close to the lake, and the lake entrance itself was so nice and enjoyable. The location was close to everything we wanted to visit. Overall we would stay again.

Overall good for the price

The location is great right in the middle of the shops and restaurants. A short walk from the condo takes you to a very nice private beach with lounge chairs. The pool there overlooks the lake. The condo itself is in a large building similar to a hotel. Tip: If you park in the underground garage there are rolling luggage racks you can use and an elevator. If you park outside you have to carry your luggage up a flight of straits to the lobby elevator. The building itself is older but the condo was updated inside. It is right on the street so you hear the traffic but that didn’t bother us. Like the other reviews we too thought the unit had a smell. The unit was clean except 2 throw rugs that were both very stained and need of replacing. The unity was a great size for our family of 4. View of the mountains. Nice table to sit and play games that were provided in the unit. The unit had sliding doors that went out on a private deck unfortunately they didn’t have screens so if you left them open you’d have bugs inside. Since the slider was the only window in the bedroom and we couldn’t leave it open for cool air we were really warm on the nights that were warmer. The management company brought us a fan for the bedroom but without the fresh air it wasn’t much help. We would consider renting the condo again if they put screen doors on the sliders so we could have fresh air in the bedroom.
