This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.

The stay was just what we needed. We traveled with a senior who really enjoyed the unit. It is as advertised. We came with cleaning supplies, we didn't need it. It was Very clean!!! The communication

Check in process!

Owner should be co operate and little bit liberal with checking processes! Specially owner knows, guest are coming out of the state and they are traveling long! After paying full amounts customer shouldn’t wait for what is apartment No and entrance code. Don’t get me wrong but it is really inconvenience and bagging situation for me at 3:45pm on Saturday (09/02/2023).

OC The Good and the Bad!!

Property was great. No handicap parking but assigned spaces. Tub/shower had no grab bars none of which is important if you are not traveling with grandparents. Dogs are allowed in building. We had two in the unit above us and they barked incessantly. Several incidents of smelling weed while on balcony. The Salty Sands balcony overlooks the building on the north side which has five connecting units so no privacy on your balcony. Condo itself was as advertised. We give credit to property management company and cleaning crew. We usually go to OC in off season. This was our first August visit in 30 plus years. Week days we're good beach days. Saturday and Sunday beach was so crowded we had people spread their towels touching our chairs. There is an abundance of canopies, beach tents with open fronts and ball playing etc. We skipped the beach on Sunday. The weekend beach crowd may have been day-trippers. They clearly had no beach-etiquette. Local residents near us on beach actually left because newly arrived folks were squeezing between other chairs, towels and canopies. Apparently some folks feel free to spit, drink alcohol, play boom boxes and play ball, beach darts, etc . There is no one to police these activities. It is not the life guards job. But also there is no beach patrol enforcement either. And probably would be impossible given today's diverse population. So stay out of OC in season or be prepared for hoardes many of whom have no manners or civility.

Everything we hoped for, and more!

This condo was perfect for our family beach getaway. We had it for 6 nights, with 4 adults and 2 kids for the first 3 nights and 2 adults and 2 kids for the remaining 3. Three bedrooms and the large living space were spacious enough for all of us. Bob and Samantha were extremely helpful throughout the process from time of booking till we checked out. Here are some highlights - The whole process, from the time of booking till check out is very convenient and seamless. Thanks to Bob and Samantha’s dedicated support - The condo is exactly the way it is described and the what the pictures show. - We felt the third floor unit is perfect for an unobstructed view of the ocean while not too much of a climb using the stairs. Except for taking up our luggage during check in and back down again after check out, we did not have to use the elevator. - View of the ocean, from the balcony and the master bedroom window, is spectacular. You wakeup to beautiful sunrise every morning - All the amenities in the condo are sufficient for a comfortable stay even with two little kids - With an ocean in the backyard and tons of places for shopping, entertainment, and dining within walking distance or a few mins drive at the most, the location is unbeatable. We are already looking forward to coming back here again.

I'm Bob. I am married with my beautiful wife Teresa and have two kids Blake 12 and Brooke 10. I grew up in Northern VA and went to Ocean City, MD every summer. We loved it. I own a company that specializes in entertainment and hospitality. I enjoy coaching my son's flag football team, watching my daughter dance, surfing and playing tennis. I also love just a nice day at the beach with family and friends.
I started using VRBO a few years ago as a guest when we traveled to Hawaii, Miami and even Ocean City. Through these travels, I've been fortunate to learn what a good VRBO experience (and host) looks like. A great home, with a friendly host, in an awesome location, and the ability to do the things you love! I try to ensure that each and every guest that I host walks away with all of that and hopefully more!
When I first started my business and still today I try to answer every phone call or email I get within five minutes. I try and do that today so go ahead and try me you will be amazed at my service.
