Condo Direct Oceanfront 3BR - Vue impressionnante sur l'océan et la baie!

Condo direct Oceanfront 3 chambres à quelques pas de la plage. Nous sommes en fait DIRECT OCEANFRONT !!!!!! De nombreux propriétaires annoncent comme bord de mer, mais sont en fait avec vue sur l'océan avec les balcons des autres entre eux et l'océan. Nous avons l'une des rares UNITÉS FINALES disponibles, donc personne n'est entre vous et votre vue spectaculaire sur l'océan. Cela signifie café et levers de soleil pour vous. Disponible pour les locations à la semaine et saisonnières de mai à octobre! Des mini-séjours, week-ends et nuits sont disponibles hors saison (de septembre à mai). Les jours de pluie ne sont pas un problème dans notre condo, nous avons une piscine intérieure chauffée et un grand centre de jeux / loisirs pour garder les enfants occupés et heureux et les parents détendus. Idéal pour les voyages de golf. Location hors saison à long terme disponible. Désolé, nous ne louons PAS aux personnes âgées du secondaire, AUCUNE EXCEPTION !!

Les tarifs hebdomadaires varient de 950 $ hors saison et de 1500 $ à 3300 $ en haute saison. Nous louons uniquement à la semaine du samedi au samedi en haute saison. Les locations nocturnes hors saison sont disponibles à 250 $ la nuit avec un séjour minimum de deux nuits. Les nuits supplémentaires sont en promotion 600 $ / 3 nuits et 700 $ / 4 nuits.

This condo is so cute. Right on the beach and has an indoor and outdoor pool. Spacious bedrooms and a super large sofa that we all wanted to take home. Every room has a tv and very comfortable beds. The host was so easy to communicate with. Sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee and seeing dolphins. Who could ask for more?

Lots of people there on 'move in' day, but that is to be expected for a building this size. Everything was as stated in the listing. Appreciated the couch was big enough for everyone in our party to all sit on and the beach supplies for use in the closet.

Great condo & experience

This was a very spacious condo in a great location. Just what we were looking for. The owner was super accessible and helpful- even took a late night call when we were having issues with the refrigerator and came up with a solution so we didn’t lose our food. Building management was really on point too. Would recommend and definitely stay here again!

exceptional place to stay

We enjoyed the beautiful oceanfront view, the pools and the game room. They even had a small library to borrow books. This place was a home away from home. Very, very nice.

Excellent property for anyone!

Our son was graduating from Salisbury University and we had multiple generations coming to the graduation. This property allowed us all to stay together. Communication with the property manager was fabulous. The property is exactly as described. We enjoyed hanging out and meals together while overlooking the ocean. There was plenty of seating for all eight of us. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable. With elderly people, it was nice to have one shower that was step in and although we didn’t need this having a tub for little kids in the other bathroom would be helpful for some families.Such a big pool and easy access to the beach. Will definitely look to rent again on our return to Ocean City. Thanks for a wonderful trip!!

Great time together

We rented this condo for a few nights. One night was girlfriends having a fun overnight. Two nights were couples spending time together. The condo was perfect for our group of 5 friends. We each had our own bed and plenty of space. The bedrooms are large. Communication with Renee was fantastic. Check in was easy if you just follow her instructions. The views were gorgeous! I would definitely stay again and recommend this condo to friends.

Great stay!

My family really enjoyed the condo! It was bright & clean with a great view! The condo was a nice size - plenty of room for our family. The 2nd floor of the complex was a nice place to have some family fun with ping-pong, pool tables, & an indoor pool. We had a great time & would love to stay here again next year.

Great space for a mini-family reunion

Large, bright apartment with a roomy common space great for entertaining. Big island for food prep and lots of seating. Great views and direct access to the beach. The layout of the furniture was a little tricky to maneuver a walker for the elderly. Easy coordination with property manager.

Great condo, great weekend

This is a beautifully updated condo with a well equipped kitchen. The owner was quick to respond to questions, and flexible in what we needed. The beach is steps away and the view is amazing! (There is a charge for parking but it’s worth the convenience.) I highly recommend this condo!

I was pleasently surprised at this location. I read the reviews and they were very positive so I gave it a try. The reviews and the pictures do not do this place justice. I am disappointed that I could not fully enjoy the location because we had horrible weather but the place made up for the fact we stayed in alot. The decoration and the size of the rooms were to die for. When my daughter opened the door all she could say was OMG the view is breathe taking. We watched a wedding on the beach. So beautiful. I am very very particular and the place was so clean. I actually think they must have just brought new funiture and renovated the place. Very easy to check in. The host was amazing and made me feel welcomed. If I had to find something I do agree with another reviewer that one room needs new box springs for the 2 beds but it was not a deal breaker at all for us. Because of this, my rating is a 9.8 out of 10. I forgot my firestick... no worries every room had cable and the living room has a smart tv so we logged into netflix. I loved being next to the elevator, it made it easy to get our stuff in and out. I dont want to bore anyone...I can go on and on how great this place is. Will for sure stay here again. Hopefully soon.

Great Weekend Getway

Everything from the spectacular ocean view to the cleanliness of the condo was perfect. This was a girls weekend getaway and there was enough room for us all to enjoy and the condo was within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and shops and the boardwalk was a short drive/bus ride away. The owner was quick to get us all the information for check in and checkout and answer any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back again in the future.

Great view!

We enjoyed our stay here. The balcony overlooking the ocean made for a great view. The location of the Quay made it easier to go wherever we wanted. We did have a couple concerns with the pool being unexpectedly closed for a day and not having access to the gym area. We contacted the landlord and she provided thorough and timely assistance!
