Experience the spaciousness and comfort of our elegantly designed home, offering top-notch amenities and a peaceful ambiance. Chill by the pool, relax in the lush backyard oasis, or socialize in the open-concept living area. With easy access to the lively attractions of the valley, this is the ideal retreat for families, friends, and groups looking for an unforgettable getaway.

THE SPACE
Welcome to our spacious 2,053 sq ft VRBO nestled in a safe residential neighborhood. This charming single-family home built in 1992 offers ample space and comfortable accommodations for your stay.

The home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ensuring plenty of room for everyone. There are 3 beds, 2 large sofas, and 1 futon available for additional sleeping options. Each bathroom is a full bathroom, providing convenience and privacy for all guests.

This 2-story home offers the convenience of having 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the lower level. The primary bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom for added comfort. If you're traveling with a little one, a Pack N Play can be provided upon advanced request.

Indulge in delicious meals or gather for a family dinner in one of the 3 dining areas. Enjoy a cozy meal at the 6-person dining table adjacent to the kitchen, or opt for the 4-person dining table in the family room near the entrance. For a delightful outdoor dining experience, make use of the 6-person dining table on the back patio.

The backyard of this property is a true oasis. It offers a large and spacious area with well-maintained natural grass, perfect for children or your furry friends to play. Relax in the single-seat hammock or engage in some friendly competition with a game of cornhole. You can even enjoy the fresh fruit from the citrus trees in the yard.

Take a refreshing dip in the unheated pool, perfect for cooling off during those warm Arizona days. Please note that the pool is a shallow play pool with a depth of 3 to 4 feet, and guests swim at their own risk. The "Jacuzzi" is also unheated and offers a relaxing spot to unwind.

Parking is a breeze with the availability of a 3-car garage and space for an additional 3 vehicles in the driveway. Rest assured, parking is free, but please note that a garage clicker is not provided.

Enjoy the convenience of Wi-Fi and the practicality of a washer and dryer during your stay. We happily welcome your furry friends as this property is pet-friendly. Additionally, a BBQ is available for your outdoor grilling needs.

Escape to our delightful VRBO and make the most of your time in this spacious, well-equipped home with its inviting amenities and convenient location.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home during their stay. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, and the backyard. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy all the amenities and features provided for your comfort and convenience.

Please note that access to the garage will not be available for guests. However, there is ample parking space with a 3-car garage and room for an additional 3 vehicles in the driveway.

We want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible, so please make yourself at home and take advantage of everything this VRBO has to offer.

OTHER DETAILS
Please take note of the following details during your stay:

LARGE GROUPS: If your group consists of more than 8 guests, please inform the hosts in advance. We can provide additional tri-folding floor mattresses, sheets, blankets, and pillows to accommodate your group comfortably.

LANDSCAPING SERVICE: Our dedicated landscaper, Nery, visits the property every other week on Fridays and Mondays, usually around noon. Nery will access the backyard through the side gate to maintain the landscaping.

TRASH: Trash and recycle collection day is on Monday. Our reliable trash service contractor will move the bins to and from the street before and after collection day for your convenience.

POOL SERVICE: Our professional pool service technicians, John and James, arrive every Tuesday morning to clean and balance the pool. They will enter the backyard through the side gate. Please allow them access to ensure the pool remains clean and well-maintained during your stay.

PETS: We welcome pets, but we kindly ask that you clean up after them. Please be responsible and respectful by properly disposing of any pet waste.

Getting around from our VRBO in 85032 is a breeze! With convenient access to major roadways like the Loop 101 and SR-51, you can easily explore the wider Phoenix area. If you prefer public transportation, there are several bus routes available that can take you to various destinations within the city. Ride-hailing services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available for your convenience. Additionally, there are bike lanes and walking paths in the neighborhood, making it pedestrian-friendly. Whether you choose to drive, take public transportation, or use alternative modes of transportation, navigating 85032 and beyond is a breeze from our VRBO.

HOUSE RULES
***PLEASE READ ALL RULES BEFORE BOOKING***

CHECK IN/OUT TIMES --- Our check-in time is 4:00pm and our check-out time is 11:00am. Please be respectful of these times so that our cleaning crew can prepare for our next guests.

FLEXIBILITY FOR CHECK IN/OUT --- Late check-outs are not allowed "unless authorized".

LUGGAGE DROP OFF — Early luggage drop off is allowed with pre-approval from hosts

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES --- Please take the trash out to the bin on the side of the house. Please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn the clean cycle on.

NO SMOKING --- Please do not smoke in the property. Any sign of smoking within the property will result in a $1,000 penalty.

PET POLICY --- Unauthorized pets are not allowed on the property. Please add your pets to the reservation details.

PARTY POLICY --- Strict No Parties rule. Please respect the home and its furnishings.

NOISE LEVELS --- Please be aware that this home is in a residential neighborhood. NO excessive noises from 10pm-8am please. Any complaints from the neighbors or noise violations responded to by local police could result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of all fees.

POOL SAFETY --- Guests swim at their own risk. NO diving in pool. NO glass in the backyard & pool areas.

HOME SAFETY --- Pleasure make sure to turn OFF propane / gas after you barbecue and turn the oven OFF after use. Our home is NOT baby, infant, and child proofed, so please supervise children at all times. Safety concerns include but are not limited to stairs, hot oven / stove, cleaning chemicals, pool & hot tub, furniture corners, and electrical outlets.

UNVERIFIED GUESTS --- Please add the correct number of guests to your reservation details. Only the number of guest(s) added to the reservation are allowed on the property.

MAIL / POSTAGE / DELIVERIES --- Guests may not receive mail, UPS, Fedex, or any packages at the property. Hosts are not responsible for lost or unreceived mail and deliveries.

TRASH --- Please place filled trash bags in the bin on the side of the home. Please note that our trash & recycling collection vendors will roll the bins out to the street and return the bins to the home around during the scheduled city services pick-up day.

DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY OR HOME --- Damages done to the property during your rental period will result in an open claim. We check the home’s condition after every guest leaves and will document damages with photos. Examples of damages are evidence of pets or smoking, drawings on the walls, torn furniture, scratched wood floors, damaged devices, broken decorations, etc.

MAINTENANCE --- If you have any maintenance issues, please contact your hosts ASAP so that we can promptly coordinate repairs.

SHOES --- We try very hard to keep the home spotless. Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the home.

AMENITY FORGIVENESS – The hosts try their best to provide all advertised amenities but recognize that occasionally an item may be missing, or a description may be incorrect. With sufficient notice, the host will attempt to replace missing items before the guest checks out. Guest accepts that refund requests relating to missing items or inaccurate descriptions will not exceed a total of $10.

STAINED LINENS & TOWELS – The hosts try their best to provide clean and stain-free linens and towels for every guest reservation. The guest accepts that they may be charged a fee for stained linens and towels up to a month following their reservation. Time-stamped photos and itemized costs will be provided.

Beautiful property
My sister and I rented this house for a week to visit her in laws who recently relocated from NH to the Phoenix area. The home was spacious and clean. The yard is also well maintained and such a relaxing space. The neighborhood is quiet and is located close to stores, gas stations, shopping, etc. We had a great week swimming, relaxing and visiting family!

We were very happy with our stay. The backyard is beautiful and loved the citrus trees (we literally just slept at the house.) We had a drainage issue that was resolved immediately. There was only 1 blow dryer in the house and two empty boxes but we made due. Overall, a great stay for what we needed.
