Guests will have full, private access to the entire home, including all indoor living spaces and the backyard. Enjoy your own private swimming pool, covered patio, and outdoor dining area—perfect for soaking up the Arizona sunshine or relaxing in the evening.

The swimming pool is heated to 85°F from November through April at no extra charge. Please note that if outdoor temperatures fall below 45°F, the water may not maintain the full set temperature.

To ensure everything is in top condition, pool and landscaping technicians may access the exterior of the property as needed, typically during regular daytime hours. Weekly pool service is provided, and a pool net is available for guests to remove any debris that may collect between visits.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.
-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)
