Stylish Scottsdale home with Heated Pool, Hot Tub, 2mi from Scottsdale Quarter

This gorgeous, freshly renovated home with wonderful open layout, has indoor and outdoor space large enough for extended family or groups. The resort-like backyard features a deep, private pool that can be heated (optionally for $35/night), hot tub with 7 seats, a comfy shaded patio, sun loungers, outdoor dining tables that seat 10, outdoor yoga area and mature desert landscaping. Inside, enjoy tons of South West charm. This home is light and bright with fresh white paint, beautiful original Saltillo tile floors and high beamed ceilings. Each room enjoys soothing natural light from the 8 French doors and multiple skylights. The large family room with sectional seating is open to the spacious kitchen and dining nook and looks out to the backyard. The living room is set up with a game table and an assortment of board games and a dining table that seats 10. The master bedroom is spacious and features two French doors that lead to the backyard and a generous bathroom with Quartz counters on the double sink vanity and deep tub/shower with new designer tile. The hall bedroom was formerly two rooms that have been joined to one large light and bright room with 2 Queen and 2 twins beds- perfect for an entire family or all the kids. The end bedroom has access to the front patio where you can enjoy the gorgeous Arizona sunsets and watch the hummingbirds flit through the landscaping. The hall bathroom is large with an oversized shower and two sinks, so getting ready is a breeze. This home is is conveniently located minutes from Kierland Commons, the Scottsdale Quarter, Old Town, Talking Stick, the Aquarium, and world class golf, shopping, dining, hiking and more.

The home was extremely well kept up and clean. It was well stocked with everything you would need from kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and outdoor areas. The neighborhood was quiet but near major retail and restaurant areas. We really enjoyed our stay at this home!!

A wonderful week in paradise!

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this wonderful home with an inviting southwestern decor! There are 3 bedrooms with comfortable accommodations and sleeping for 10! The gathering areas are welcoming with all of the amenities of home! The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need! So much thought and care has gone into truly making for a comfortable stay! Details such as cozy linens, fluffy towels, extra fuzzy blankets, soaps, and shampoos have all been thoughtfully provided. The best part of our stay had to be the wonderfully inviting swimming pool, right outside our door! It was so much fun for our family to be able to swim, enjoy the relaxing lounge chairs, shade umbrellas, beach towels, etc. We grilled hot dogs for lunch or had sandwiches and enjoyed dining poolside in the lovely eating areas! The evenings were perfect for a bonfire on the patio…we grabbed some firewood from Safeway and enjoyed s’mores and campfire fun! We walked across the street to a park with an extensive play scape that was enjoyed by the children. It appeared to be a wonderful neighborhood gathering area with yoga, team sports, horses training, and more. Our host, Susannah, was extremely attentive throughout our stay, checking in initially, providing great recommendations, and answering any questions that arose. We hope to visit again and would highly recommend this property for those interested. Rest assured that the pictures provided are a true representation of this home.

Great Home Away From Home

This vacation rental was spacious and very clean. It was advertised accurately. The beds were extremely comfortable, there was more than ample closet space, and the kitchen and bathrooms were well-equipped with all the conveniences of home. The host was very attentive and responsive. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Scottsdale Home and Location

Excellent and easy communication with the host, Susannah. Always a quick and professional response to our questions. Check in was a breeze and accurate info. was shared with us in a timely manner. The house was easily accessed with the keypad - no problems. It was gorgeous and quite luxurious and it was impeccably clean. We had a very comfortable stay for our 2 weeks in the Phoenix area. The Wifi was very quick and super easy to access. My husband worked from there daily and had no internet issues. The neighborhood was very peaceful across from a park and middle school. We enjoyed walking around the beautiful area as my adult son recuperated from surgery at Mayo Clinic. And the backyard is so peaceful and beautifully landscaped. Too cool for us to enjoy the pool in January, but just so relaxing to look at the backyard through the 8 french doors in the dining and family room. The listing is an accurate representation of the home. We loved the location and there were so many restaurants and shops within a 5 or 10 minute drive. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, probably medium firm, with wonderful linen and duvets; plenty of extra blankets and pillows, if needed. Also, there were very soft towels. Also,there were many swim towels. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with a complete Coffee Bar! Anything you would need - spice rack, numerous cooking utinsels and cooking pans, serving dishes, etc. All new and updated appliances. Only one thing to note, the spacious master suite bathroom has a shower/tub that is a bit difficult to get into. We literally had to sit on the side of the tub and swing out legs into the tub/shower. But even that did not get in the way of a fantastic, relaxing stay in this superb property! The large shower in the hallway is easily accessed and was useful to my son after his surgery. Thank you, Susannah for a great stay!!

We live year round in a cold climate and love to come to Arizona to escape the winter. With its longer days and bright blue skies, Scottsdale is the perfect getaway. This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood across the street from a large park and school. It is tucked away but close to everything. The backyard is our favorite part with the beautiful trees including pomegranate, lime, olive and orange trees and mature desert landscaping.

Located across the street from a large park and school, this home is particularly suited for families. There is so much room to run and explore in the park which includes a play structure, baseball field, and horse training ring! It is not uncommon to see people out walking or riding their horses. The neighborhood is quiet yet so close to all of the fun things Scottsdale and Phoenix has to offer!
