Welcome to your new favorite Southwest getaway in the heart of Phoenix! Enjoy a beautiful mountain view while dining al-fresco, lounging poolside or relaxing in the hot tub. Our 6 bedroom house has space for your whole group and is stocked with all the vacation amenities your group could need! Some of the fun features: Private pool, hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, indoor & outdoor dining, fire pit, grill, smart TV's.

The Space: read below for details of this house and the space.

KITCHEN: Our kitchen features stainless steel appliances and kitchen island. There is a Keurig K Cup coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, stove, and oven for you to use. It is fully stocked with dishes (formal and plastic), pots and pans, cups, coffee mugs, flatware, wine glasses, cocktail glasses, and champagne glasses.

LIVING & DINING ROOM: We wanted to create a space where everyone would want to gather, whether it is at the spacious dining table or the cozy seating around the 60" TV for watching sports, TV, or movies.

Master Bedroom: Features a King bed with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2: Features 2 Queen beds and a 50” smart TV.

Bedroom 3: Located on the first floor! Features 2 Queen beds with a half-bath en-suite.

Bedroom 4: Features a King bed and closet.

Bedroom 5: Features a Queen bed and closet.

Bedroom 6: Features 2 twin bunk beds and closet.

Bathroom 1: Attached to master, full bath with dual vanities that features a walk-in shower and tub.

Bathroom 2: Full bath with tub shower.

Bathroom 3: Full bath with tub shower.

Bathroom 4: Half bath attached to kitchen and bedroom.

PATIO & POOL: The backyard features a private pool, hot tub, and bbq. The large outdoor area is perfect for groups.

LAUNDRY: featuring a washer, dryer, iron & ironing board. Detergent pods.

LOCATION: Residential neighborhood with explosive views of mountains. Close to hiking trails, golf courses, dining, and centrally located with easy access to Cave Creek, Scottsdale, and North Central Phoenix.

We require a signed rental agreement and a photo of your government-issued ID matching the payment method on file after booking.

Insurance and Guest Verification: As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, a mandatory insurance fee is included in your reservation cost. This insurance covers some incidents of bodily injury and some accidental damages. Please contact us if you'd like details on the coverage provided.
By moving forward and booking this reservation you give permission to the property manager to use a third-party service to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation.

For stays of 21 nights or more:
- There is a monthly cap of $500.00 on utility costs. The booking guest is responsible for utility costs incurred beyond this cap
- For stays of 28 nights or more, we require a one-time additional insurance fee and a refundable deposit
- Guest has the option to either have periodic cleans during the stay or a deep clean at the end of the stay. Guest is responsible for the cost of additional cleaning.

Cancellations: We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance at booking, as we are not able to provide refunds for cancellations outside of our policy for reasons such as flight delays/cancellations, weather, injury, or illness. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with our cancellation window. Please use this time to research the location with the provided address and finalize your travel plans. Refunds will not be considered outside of this window for any reason.

House Rules
- Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- Parties and any disruptive events are strictly prohibited. Occupancy is limited to the maximum number of guests shown in the listing, and all guests must be included in your reservation. Violation of this policy may result in removal from the premises and/or removal from the booking platform. Refunds will not be considered in the event of a violation.
- Pets: We have a 2 pet maximum and a $100 fee per pet. Your pet(s) must be included in your reservation. Please pick up after them and do not allow them on the furniture or bedding.
- The pool heater is available for use for an additional fee of $50/night to be collected upon booking. It must be turned off at the end of your stay. Leaving the pool heater on after check-out may incur additional fees.
- No tape or adhesive is allowed to be attached to the walls.
- Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Please be a considerate neighbor.
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- Please treat the home as if it were your own, report any damages immediately, and leave things as you found them.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- If you happen to notice any kind of cleaning error or damage upon checking into the property, please make sure to notify us right away along with pictures so we can address it asap. We take issues brought to our attention very seriously. Refunds will not be considered in the event of an unreported issue that we were not given the opportunity to address. By reserving our property you understand that while we do our best to ensure that the property is up to standard, please be aware that refunds will not be considered for ordinary wear and tear.

Great desert retreat

Everything was clean. Big house which accommodated our group of 8 comfortably. Appreciate the pool and hot tub. My only very minor criticism is that it is time to replace the hottub cover.... I would recommend for any large group wanting a relaxing, well appointed and clean experience.

In Need Of Updating, Accuracy Of Pictures

Pros - Property was somewhat clean and general location.Cons. - Pictures not accurate. Air vent needs replacing. Holes in walls behind doors, hole in wall on outside. Blinds dingy. Carpet stained. Outdated. Garage has alot of clutter & needs cleaning out, we did not use it. Pool has some grass and pool cleaner working ok, not great. Hot tub jets need attention and cover is falling apart. Overall on a scale of 1-5 I would give this property a 2.

Crumbling structure and unhygienic

We strongly do not recommend. The many problems fell into two categories: structure and hygiene.Structure: (1) The outside steps to the pool were soft, rotting and gave way to the foot with a light step. We suspect significant water damage and they are not safe. (2) The faux grass was held down with long nails many of which were loose or simply laying on top of the faux grass. (3) Several doors, including a bathroom door, did not lock. (4) A bathroom faucet was loose. (4) The dishwasher top rack was broken and made shutting this outdated appliance almost impossible. (5) There was crumbling, stained fascia located throughout the inside and outside. (6) Of the six dining room table chairs none would sit flat on the floor and all had mismatched legs, 7) The temp zones on the ground floor were very uneven, 8) Hot water ran out quickly.Hygiene: The house was poorly maintained, stained, and dirty inside and out. (1) the carpet was in horrific stained condition with various colored stains located throughout (2) The walls, fascia, and drywall have numerous prominent stains and holes throughout. At places it is crumbling, with piles of the drywall and fascia sitting on the floor. (3) There were numerous piles of trash and refuse on the property. (4) The grill had a pile of grease accumulating on the cement around it. (5) Most disturbingly, the hot tub was nothing short of disgusting with a disintegrating cover.Avoiding structurally damage and unclean rental.

Spacious and comfortable

5 families decided to stayed together at this property instead of renting a hotel while attending a youth soccer tournament. Beds were all comfortable. Lots of seating area both indoor and outdoor. Lots of parking space. Close to grocery stores and restaurants.

We had fun

It was a great location for us, the pool area was very nice for our family, the inside was spacious and clean. All was well, just couldn't get the dishwasher to work and upstairs toilet needed some adjustment. We would go here again!

Great house for large groups

House was easy to get access to and owners was extremely helpful. Only downside of the property was several of the amenities were worn out and basically useless. Putting green was completely destroyed. Ping pong table was falling apart. Other than that great stay and would stay again in the future.
