Located just a short walk from traditional and charming Mammoth Village and close to hikes, lakes, and Yosemite (40 miles), this two-story townhouse is the ideal home base for an adventurous getaway with your loved ones! The free shuttle to Mammoth Mountain's slopes is right across the street, so pack your skis and snowboards because it's powder time!
The main living space is located on the first floor of the home and offers an open floor plan, plenty of natural light, and vaulted ceilings. There are two living spaces - one on this level and another one on the lofted area upstairs. The living area invites you to unwind and spend a carefree time at home. The gas fireplace will keep you nice and warm during your stay while the built-in smart TV with surround-sound theater and DVD player will keep you entertained. The kitchen is complete with gorgeous wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances to prepare delicious homemade meals for the crew. From this level, guests also have access to a private balcony with amazing views of Mammoth Mountain and Sierra Starr Golf Course.
The upper level hosts the primary bedroom, a full bathroom, and a lofted area. The primary bedroom offers another smart TV, a private balcony with mountain views, and an en suite bathroom with a shower and a jetted Whirpool tub. The loft area acts as a sleeping nook with a comfortable bed, a smart TV with a DVD player and an Xbox 360, and a handful of board games.

While pots and pans are available for use, as a safety precaution, consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
