Mise à jour condo 3 chambres situé au Village! Marcher à tout!

Grand condo confortable situé à côté du village et sur la piste de ski! Marchez facilement jusqu'au village pour profiter des restaurants, des boutiques, des activités, des festivals et de la télécabine. Pas besoin de voiture! Ceci est un condo bien mis à jour 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain pouvant accueillir confortablement 6. Réchauffez-vous à côté de la cheminée à gaz les nuits froides. Le pont offre un barbecue au propane avec vue sur la montagne et l'entrée du village. Excellent emplacement toute l'année. Le Village propose des festivals d’été chaque week-end, il est donc facile d’assister à un concert, de prendre un verre et de rentrer à la maison. La piste de ski / vélo se termine directement au complexe, alors prenez un tour et revenez à la maison avec votre vélo ou vos skis! En hiver, vous pouvez skier chez vous sur la piste de ski de fond. La cuisine est équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer les repas à la maison et le condo est rempli de nombreuses couvertures supplémentaires pour vous garder au chaud. Nous savons que vous passerez de bonnes vacances et voudrez revenir encore et encore!

Super clean place, functional, comfy and cozy spaces. Kitchen included some nice extras including essentials like oil and coffee with filters. Gas Fireplace heated the living room very nicely and the thermostat-heaters in the rooms also worked well. It took a while to warm up the first evening we got there, but perfect once we got up to temp. Location is perfect, too. A short downhill unpaved path to a bridge to the village. A quarter mile walk to the gondola. I would come stay again! Thank you.

Great location

Great location but the complex hot tub was still under construction. Short walk across the bridge to the Village but away from the crowd and noise. Kitchen has everything you'd need to cook a family meal.

Family ski trip

We took out family ski trip to Mammoth and stayed at this condo. It was super easy to walk to the gondola and to restaurants. The condo is comfortable and clean. I believe it’s been newly renovated and it’s very nice.

Old Guy Ski Trip

Easy rental process. Property was as advertised. Easy 2 block walk to gondola. Abundance of kitchen utensils and plates. Very clean property. Great value no matter what season.

Great stay. Good location to gondola/village. Plenty of room. Only issue not enough parking

Great location, clean, good heating, plenty of space. Only issues were parking was very limited. No parking available for any of our two cars (first come first serve) and had to pay for the lot at the village (though this was mentioned in the listing).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed working with the management company - they were super helpful and responsive. The condo itself was centrally located, the amenities were great, there were all the pots/pans/dishes/etc. that you needed to stay in and cook - perfect for us. The only damper was that the fridge had some cold spots - some of our food froze in the fridge, while other food was just fine. No big deal though, we'd stay again!

Bed bugs!

Woke up to bed bugs! The owner washed the sheets, but offered no other help. I paid a significant amount of money to stay here. When I asked for some sort of refund as I find this unacceptable, I was told it was just “1 bug”. How many bed bugs do you need to get a refund?? They also tried to blame us saying the bed bug could have come from us! Blame the victim?? Would never stay here again.

There are no bed bugs. We thoroughly checked everything. You sent us a picture of a large bark beetle in an attempt to get a refund.

Mammoth

The VRBO listing was much different than we fond. First off the rental was quite expensive. With that said the expectation of habitable living conditions is a must. Instead, The rental iwas old and musty. Dirty couches, the BBQ didn’t work and leaked propane and the upstairs heater was broken in the dead of winter… apparently which had been broken for sometime. When i asked for a partial refund due to inhabitable living conditions, in addition to having to strip our beds of linens and basically clean the place before we left . Furthermore, i was told that no one else had complained and i was not to receive a refund. To me this is disgraceful and extremely poor customer service. I will say though that the property manager Sarah was attentive, polite and expeditious in locating a handyman and listening to our complaints. Her manager is where the problems began. Needless to say, we wont be back and i do not recommend this rental to anyone

While the condo has not been remodeled in some time, it is well taken care of and loved by the current owners. The heater is disabled on purpose because the owner prefers guests use the fireplace for heat as it heats the whole upstairs. All of this was explained to the guest.

3 buddy ski trip

This condo has a nice set up for 3 individuals or 3 couples as it has 3 rooms with 3 big beds and not a set up for kids with multiple beds in a room. This is exactly what we were looking for. I agree with others that the easiest way to get to the gondola is to walk down the road and not the ski back path which is a pain in the butt as you have to walk down/up a now covered hill from the path to the complex. Its a easy walk to the gondola down hill, but not that easy coming back up hill. We decided to drive to the Canyon Lodge parking lot each day instead of doing the walk. Its easier if you have a car with you. It also can get hot in the lower bedrooms once you close the doors to go to sleep. Recommend to turn down the thermostat before you turn in. Note that using the fireplace heats the main living room, but also pumps hot air to the lower bedrooms. One problem is that the TV instructions are not accurate and there are about 6-7 remotes and you need to hunt to figure out the right 2 you need. Its really a mess and needs to be cleaned up. We did figure it out after about the 2nd day of messing with it. Kitchen is well stocked and the grill worked well too. All in all recommend this condo. Its an easy walk to the village for dinner and a perfect set up for anyone party neededing 3 large beds.

Holiday Vacation

The location of this unit was great. Easy access to and from the village walking. The condo had a few cosmetic updates that made the stay feel okay. A few of the appliances were not in proper working order. The refrigerator was broken and the door did not stay shut. Also the coffee maker was broken. The beds were very outdated and were very uncomfortable to get a good nights rest. The fireplace heated up the place well but it also did not have a thermostat so you could not have a proper temperature for comfort. We had to battle the hot / cold by opening the doors and windows to cool off the place if it got too hot from the fireplace being on. The original VRBO listing did not mention the amenities were not available and upon arrival we discovered the building blew up next to the pool and hot tub so they were shut down. A little scary knowing my family was staying at a complex that a building blew up! I mentioned all of this to the management team and originally asked for a discount. They denied me for it. They then updated the VRBO listing to reflect the issue and sent to me saying it was listed on the website (which was weird that they would lie and add this to save them from having to discount me. Either way I sent them a text the next day saying it was okay that we did not need the discount that not having the pool and hot tub wasn’t a huge deal. Overall we will not stay at this property again and will never stay with this property management company ever!

This person wrote this review due to being mad that he was caught sneaking a dog in the condo. Our listing has always stated the pool and spa are closed and we would update when they do eventually open. All items are in working order and comfortable.
