The interior comes elegantly furnished, with a spiral staircase connecting main and lower floors. Relax on one of the upper deck loungers while taking in the views and fire up the gas grill to enjoy scenic alfresco dining. For an added dose of leisure head down to the lower deck for a soothing soak in the hot tub.

Designed for group gatherings, the main floor features an open concept layout blending the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Spark culinary inspiration in the kitchen equipped with gorgeous counters and a full suite of high-grade, stainless steel appliances, including a six-burner, Wolf-brand gas range. There's seating for six at the dining table and plush sofas and a fireplace in the living room set the stage for cozy after-dinner conversation. A smart TV and exercise bike in the lower living area offer home entertainment and fitness.

Each bedroom occupies its own floor for ultimate guest privacy. The main-floor bedroom includes a private en suite and converted walk-in furnished as a home office or creative studio with a dedicated desk, acoustic guitar, and pod chair. A second full bathroom is located just outside the lower-level bedroom.

Due to the home's setting and features, this property is not suitable for small children.
Riverside County regulations prohibit any "party" lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests/Vacasa liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
