The property consists of a block of 3 units, each with a private entrance. Each floor can be accessed by an elevator or stairs. The apartment has 2 bedrooms & an open plan kitchen/living/dining area. RG Holiday Rentals has been set up to make sure our guests are provided with the best service for a more enjoyable stay.
On entering the apartment, one finds marble-tiled flooring and a living room, the dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware and utensils, as well as appliances such as a microwave, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, freezer, oven & gas stove. Rubbish bins and garbage bags are available. Tea, coffee, sugar and a bottle of water are restocked with every tenancy. A coffee machine can be provided upon request.
The dining area can seat 3 guests at table comfortably. Plates, cutlery, glasses and other tableware are available. Adjacent to the dining area is a glass door with access to the balcony, overlooking a quite secondary road and some side sea views.
The living room has a sofa complemented with an LED TV with satellite channels for live TV. The sofa also doubles up as a sofa bed.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a double bed and a single bed. The master bedroom has access to a back balcony. Both rooms have wardrobes, dresser, an iron *ironing board. Bed linens and pillows are provided. Extra pillows or linens can be provided upon request.
The apartment has 1 bathroom with a walk in shower. Shampoo, body soap, towels and other toiletries are provided. A hairdryer can be provided upon request. While guests are encouraged to reuse towels provided, replacement towels will be provided for free upon request. In the bathroom a washing machine and cleaning products are available. A clothes drying rack can be used.
Free high speed WiFi is available in the entire apartment to ensure business travelers can continue to work without interruptions. Socket plugs are available and adapters will be provided if required.
