The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood just a short drive to beaches, restaurants and attractions.

Getting Around:
There is plenty of parking for 4 cars in the driveway.

Other Things to Note:
• Ring cameras at the front and side of home
• Noise level monitoring on back patio
• Please note that a $75 pet fee per pet per stay applies, with a max of 2 pets. Kindly inform us if you'll be bringing your furry friends so we can send you the fee request promptly.
• We are in a very nice residential neighborhood with great neighbors. Please be respectful.
• We charge $25 per day for pool heating (must be heated for the entire reservation). The heater will be set to 86 degrees and it is not able to be adjusted. The heaters ability to heat the water to 86 degrees is dependent on the outdoor air temperature and humidity. If the outdoor air temperature drops below 70 degrees the pool heater may not be able to reach the preset temperature of 86 degrees. This is a large pool which takes up to 48 hours to heat up so please let us know in advance if you would like the pool heated. We do not offer any refunds on pool heat if mother nature doesn't cooperate. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Spring break

We needed a place that was close to the beaches and accommodated multiple families. This was a great location and satisfied all our requirements. Would stay with these owners again in the future. Any issues, which were minimal, were taken care of immediately.

Daughter’s Wedding

The Vrbo home had plenty of room and was nicely updated. Plenty of beds and nice pool. The back yard also had a swing set/climbing tower that my younger grandchildren loved. A large enclosed back porch provided extra space as well. Being able to park on the street was a great feature as we had a large group where we rented 2 homes and could get together at this house since we sometimes had 6 cars and parked 4 in driveway and 2 in street. Host was easy to co tact and quick to respond to questions as well as fixing something promptly. Floors could have been cleaner but house was clean other than that. Would recommend this house and would definately stay again.
