Cette maison de direction de 4/5 chambres à coucher 3. 5 salles de bains a été entièrement rénovée et mise à jour avec toutes les dernières et les plus grandes commodités. Environ 4800 pieds carrés sous l'air. Tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, les sommets en granit, les planchers en bois, tous les nouveaux systèmes Hvac et la piscine mise en cage. Grand plan d'étage ouvert. Les nouvelles téléviseurs à écran plat traversent la maison. La chambre familiale dispose d'une téléviseur Samsung Smart de 58 pouces avec lecteur de DVD Blue Ray. Bains magnifiquement rénovés. Le bain maître a une douche carrelée surdimensionnée, une baignoire à jets et des toilettes doubles. Grand dressing / dressing. The host were quick to answer questions. The house was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. There was enough space for the family members. Check out was very easy. I would recommend the host to future travelers. The price was very affordable.

Excellent house, perfect location

Our family of 10 stayed for 2 weeks over Christmas adn loved it. Pool area is great for the grandchildren and beach just a few steps away. We did most meals at home and kitchen was well equipped to deal with it. Gordon and Chris responded quickly if there was anything we needed. Overall a great experience.

Overall it was a great weekend. The house is located in a good area close to everything. I would like to point out that the house was not very clean.

Our homes are professionally cleaned after every guest checks out. This guest wanted late check out and we could not accommodate as it was on the turn. So we get this type of retaliation on review. Unreal !

Unbelievable!!!

The house and property was everything we imagined and then some. Everything was as described and our stay was with 8 people. We had plenty of room with room to spare! House was spotless when we arrived and ready to go! We definitely will be back next year, already looking at dates.

I have no idea what this review is mentioning about ac for? All units working fine . Never heard from guest about any issues . Never had sc issues unless you want it 68 when it’s 98 degrees outside

Pool house

House is specious. Kids enjoyed the pool. Bed and bathrooms were clean. Very disappointed with messy/unclean drawers in the kitchen. Kitchen cabinets/walls/fans were very dirty. Would not stay in the house again.

Very responsive owner, just prepare to travel

The house is nice. LOTS of room and the pool area was very much loved by all of our kids! (Especially since it was unusually cool for FL and we had it heated). One evening we had an issue with the pool and the owner was EXTREMELY responsive! We greatly appreciated it. The kitchen could use some restocking kid cooking utensils and such but we made do with what was provided and were able to cook a few meals for our larger family. Our only downfall was travel time to basically everywhere, however, this was of no fault of the homeowners and mostly due to a high travel season and crazy traffic. While it is “close” to many things, prepare accordingly for travel.

Beautiful and Spacious Vacation Home

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this spacious house. The layout is very open and welcoming. We had a group of 12 people at the house, and it didn't feel cramped at all. There is a lovely scenic-view room at the top of the house. The kitchen had basic dishes/pots etc, and we got by with what was there for a week. It would have been nice to have a broom, though. The only complication we had was that the hot water runs out quickly...and there wasn't toilet paper. From what we've heard, many parts of Bradenton are rough, but the section of town that this house is in was very quiet and nice. There's even a Deputy Sheriff next door. We felt completely safe letting the children play in the pool and in the yard. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and we'd be very likely to stay there again.

Beautiful and spacious home with awesome pool

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. We had plenty of space for everyone to spread out when they wanted or come together for family meals. There were lots of things available for the kids so we didn't have to go out and purchase things for the babies. The pool is amazing. The house was clean. The location was great; far enough from the busy parts of town yet close to everything so if you need to run out to grab something, it's a quick trip. The only negative thing that I would have to say is that the thermostat downstairs is locked at 73 and during the day in the middle/hottest part of the day, it gets extremely hot inside and takes a while to cool down at night. The thermostat should at least be allowed to go to 70 for those really hot days. Other than that, we have nothing negative to share. We will come back again.

Overall great location and home

This property was a great house with a fantastic pool! We just had a few things we didn't like which have been stated in past reviews. They should at least give each registered guest 2 towels. We each had 1 and were washing towels every day, and no kitchen towels. I looked on past reviews and they stated they were in the laundry room, but they were not. Overall, my biggest issue was with the bedroom on the 2nd floor in the back had a VERY bad musty smell. Not sure if it is because the temperature cannot go below 74 degrees but something really needs to be done about that. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and away from the hustle and bustle, which we loved. The pool and outside are great. Other than those few issues everything else was great!!!

Thank you for being our guest. I am sorry they did not allocate the proper amount of towels needed for your reservation. The linens are provided by the cleaning companies. We give them the headcount of each reservation. Sometimes they may make an error. If there is ever a problem, please feel free to notify us as we live nearby and will address any concerns and questions are guests have. I would have called the cleaning company and had them bring more linens. As to the odor, I am not sure if someone spilled something on the area rug in the room, and I have called a rug cleaner to come in to clean and deodorize it. We are glad you enjoyed our home and NW Bradenton area. We love living here as there is so much to see and do in our beautiful area. We hope you come back in the future! !

Hi! Gordon was very responsive. Unfortunately we had a variety of different issues. 1st issue was the home was very dirty. Gordon did send cleaners, but they were only able to do so much in the limited time that they were there. 2nd issue, after a long day of traveling we were very upset to find that the master bed had NOT been washed. It was gross. 3rd Issue, I believe there are fleas or bugs of some kind. My son was bitten all over his first night of sleep. The house has a very nice setup, but serious deferred maintenance. Gordon was quick to respond when I told him about arriving to a dirty house.

First off this guest is out of line. Our homes are professionally cleaned after every stay. When guest arrive she was in a foul mood before entering the home and that continued thru out her stay. I sent inspector and cleaning crew back immediatly upon her arrival . She showed them little nicks in trim from use and few areas of scuffs on walls from prior guest hitting wall with suit case or something. This is not dirt but cosmetic issue we resolve once time allows. Prior reviews and guests reviews give the real story. We resolve any real issue quickly. There are no bugs in home either. Please stay elsewhere in the future.

3 Generation Family Vacation

We had such an amazing time at this house. The pictures really do not do this place justice. We easily fit three generations (12 people) into this house with room to spare. We were so close to the beaches, and state parks. We used the bikes almost every day. Robinson preserve, Desoto monument and the Botanical gardens were an easy bike ride from the house. The bikes were just a few of the extras that were waiting on us when we arrived. There was a cooler, beach chairs, floats, beach towels just to name a few of the things that we brought from home that we didn't have to. The house was so big and homey. It was big enough that you did not get tired of your family because you could get away from them and still be in the same house. There was an extremely nice air mattress that was just as comfortable as a real bed. I could ramble on and on about this house. The owners were always readily available and just very pleasant to deal with. The Garage door spring broke which happens with normal wear and tear. One call and Gordon and Chris were there in 20 minutes and got the door fixed the next day. From beginning to end Gordon and Chris were great. I cant wait to come back next year. Thanks again

There was so much space we could get lost in the house! Hide a seek was a blast. Everything was clean, quiet neighborhood and a wonderful experience.
