The exterior of this vacation home features under-house concrete parking, a large private and fenced swimming pool with a spillover water feature, a six-person hot tub, enclosed outdoor shower, fish cleaning area, and a convenient half bathroom. All of these amenities are just steps away from the beach path across the street.

As you enter the living area on the first floor you are greeted with soaring ceilings with exposed beams, ample and comfortable seating, a large smart TV with Blue Ray, a gas fireplace, and plenty of games and movies to enjoy.

Double doors lead to the wraparound sundeck. The sundeck offers seating areas for lounging and an outdoor dining table. Back inside, the dining area directly off the living room features a farm-style table that comfortably seats six. There is additional seating at the breakfast bar that looks directly into the brightly decorated and well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen offers all that a cook is looking for, including a microwave and dishwasher.

For your entertainment, there are multiple 32' HD smart TVs with streaming capabilities throughout plus a Blu-ray player in the living room and assorted games and books.

This home is minutes to local shops, restaurants, nightlife, the multi-use path connecting the entire island, the St. George State Park and the Lighthouse Museum. The vibrant shopping, arts, and culinary scene of Apalachicola is just 20 minutes away by car.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
