Siesta Key offre un St. abordable ExpĂ©rience de vacances George Island. Profitez de la dĂ©tente dans la deuxiĂšme maison Ă  construire sur St. George Island. Siesta Key est un vrai chalet de Floride construit dans les annĂ©es 50, la maison offre le confort qui ne peut ĂȘtre trouvĂ© dans un chalet de plage tranquille.

Siesta Key se trouve à quelques pas des plages de sable de St George Island et à quelques pas du phare et du restaurant Blue Parrot. Avec un accÚs facile à la ville et à l'eau, il y a toujours beaucoup à faire pendant votre séjour à Siesta Key.

La maison dispose de 3 chambres à coucher - 1 roi, 1 reine et une chambre avec 4 lits superposés. Dans le salon, profitez du canapé et de la télévision à écran plat. Profitez d'une tasse de café dans la cuisine confortable ou prenez-le sur le toit en regardant les vagues.

Dans la soirée, profitez du pont sur le devant de la maison et faites griller la prise du jour.

Our week-long stay at Siesta Key was truly enjoyable. We appreciated starting our days with coffee on the rooftop while taking in the sunrise. The short distance to the beach was a pleasant surprise. The pool was perfect for swims before dinner. All restaurants are close by. Our pets enjoyed the secure yard to run around while chasing lizards. We look forward to coming back.

Delightful

Had a relaxing time, location was perfect, you can walk or bike on trail directly across the street, town is close. Beach is beautiful and not crowded, very family friendly. Rental is exactly as advertised but an added benefit was the fully fenced back yard for the pups. Very private and enjoyable!

The best

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Siesta Key. The location is undeniably one of the best on the island! The property is easy to manage for anyone with some mobility issues and the pool is divine! We especially enjoy the layout of the property for two friends that sometimes need their own space. The view from the upper deck is my favorite for morning coffee. A quick walk to the beach and grabbing some fresh shrimp from the Captain makes each day.

Perfect for our Family

We had a wonderful week at Key West!! Walk to the beach was so easy and the pool was great to have. House was well stocked and our family enjoyed the screened in porch. There were even floats and beach toys there. Would stay again for sure.

Nice Place

We stayed 9 nights. Everything about Siesta Key is serviceable. Nothing is fancy or like the big fancy homes on SGI, but it is everything you need. Warm,dry, and close to the beach. It reminds me of lake cottages back home. Historic and functional.

Family Christmas Trip

The house has a lot of character. Plusses are proximity to the beach, pool (although we did not use it), one story layout, clean. Downside: need some renovations to make it feel a little safer for families with young children and elderly. Overall, an enjoyable stay for our family.

Loved this place!

Siesta Key is such as fun, quirky house! We've been coming to SGI for years, and we love the quaint beach cottages versus the massively overpriced McMansions cropping up. This house has charm, is a 2 minute walk from the beach, and is super cozy. Lots of space, a private pool, and close to everything! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. My husband and I had a great time.

Siesta Key, Great family vacation

Property owner was great to deal with, and made provisions to add another day to our stay at the last minute. The property itself was exactly what had been presented, it was clean, functional and the furnishings worked very good, for our family. The pool was one of the highlights of the property for us, the kids thoroughly enjoyed it, to the point of setting their iPads/streaming video games down to use it. We would definitely enjoy another stay at this historic property.

Perfect for family of four with fur children too😊

It was clean, everthing worked properly and efficiently and the pool was wonderful. It's not fancy as this was noted in the description because it is one of the oldest homes on the island, however if you're looking for a great location close to everything you can ride your bikes to, then this is your spot!! We had a wonderful time.

Great Rustic Beach Cottage

My family stayed in Siesta Key Cottage for a week and loved it. The cottage is a charming rustic beach cottage that was just a short walk to the beach. The pool and the rooftop lookout was the best part. The kids played in the pool during the day and we enjoyed the rooftop lookout every night. The moon was so big that week you felt like you could almost touch it. The cottage has everything we needed for our family vacation. We will be returning next year!!!

After reading this was the 2nd oldest house on the island I was a bit concerned however the house everything we needed for a fun filled family weekend. I actually booked this house thinking it was a different property if Karries that I booked a few years prior... similar style & name. I have been please with two of her properties. The house was definitely dated with some issues .

We were only there 2 nights but enjoyed our stay. The bathrooms definitely need some updating. We might not have enjoyed it as much if we had stayed the week. The pool was awesome! I did appreciate the old charm of the house. Just a few minor updates would make it better!

Just what we needed


This property is as described. It had everything we needed for a wonderful time. Great location, short walk to the ocean, across from a bike path and close to town. We really appreciated the pool and washer/dryer. Property owner and management company responsive if needed. You may have mansion envy staying here but it’s a great deal if you value not spending a lot and you don’t need fancy to have a wonderful, relaxing time. Would stay here again and that truly is the best thing I can say in a review.

Great Location

Property is as described. It’s a short walk to the beach and shops. The pool was great, and I was surprised the bunk room was larger than the picture shows. Kitchen was very clean. I love the feel of the older houses and not having stairs was great! I gave 4 stars because it needs updating. Especially the windows and decking. The backyard which isn’t pictured at all was a nice little surprise with all the shade. Communication with the host was excellent both before and during our stay.

Not as expected

We new this was an older home, but the yard was a mess. Our children got sand spurs in their feet just going to the pool. We have to make several trips to the store to get fish soap, toilet paper, pare towels etc. We would not recommend this location for the money we spent.

One of my Favorites on the island!

I've stayed at Siesta Key two different weeks the past year and I have to say it's perfect for what I need. Inexpensive, pet friendly, and has a pool! I'm a single mom with two kids and we LOVE coming to the island. Trying to find a home I can afford can be difficult...but getting one with a pool as well? The kids love the bunk beds and I love drinking coffee up on the deck in the mornings. Quick path to the beach, close to all the stores and restaurants and the owner is always very accommodating. There was an issue with a tub faucet and she had someone there in under an hour to fix it. It wasn't even an emergency. Everything you need is in the kitchen to make meals and the appliances are all in great working condition. I look forward to coming back this year for another memorable trip!

Repairs Needed

The house is simple and would have been perfect for us. But there were a number of repairs needed: Decking both front and back yard - seriously dangerous. Microwave handle was broken off and beeped F3. Dryer took a long time to dry a very small light load. One shower was only luke warm water, the other...fine? Storage was very limited in every bedroom. French door bolt stuck. Very minimal supplies. No hairdryer. Directions for the TVs would have been helpful. I called management company twice and never saw anyone. We unplugged the microwave and figured out how to get bolt to open on french doors. The out door furniture was cracked and seen better days. Why do you need to go to real estate office when it is a key-less entry? That made no since. The pool was wonderful....very clean! Walk to the beach was easy and it was close to everything!

The perfect vintage cottage for our beach getaway!

When booking for our trip, the only things our group had in mind were: relaxation, comfortability and closeness to the beach. Siesta Key offered all of that and a little more! It’s a quaint and comfy cottage that had the guests in our party feeling like they were on vacation the moment they stepped inside. We really enjoyed just how close everything was— the restaurants, the lighthouse, the stores and most importantly the beach! The pool was clean and perfect for when you wanted to cool off after a day sat the beach. The kitchen was nicely stocked, bedrooms were comfy, we even walked up onto the observation deck to try and catch a sunset. The only issue we ran into was the toaster over door coming off of a hinge on day four, BUT we quickly told management and they came by that very same day and brought us a toaster for the rest of our trip! :) By the end of our trip, everyone was feeling nice and relaxed and even hesitated on wanting to leave. We don’t come to SGI often, but it has quickly become one of our favorite vacation spots and we will keep this property in mind for the next time we visit! We and our entire party had a great time! :)

We do offer a safe, comfortable vacation home that will not break your budget and allows for memories to be made on this picturesque island. If you are looking for an over the top expensive home please look elsewhere.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Siesta Key is the second oldest home on the island and it was important to us to keep the old Florida charm while upgrading this home. Siesta Key has undergone some major overhauling over the last several months and we hope that it is as pleasing to our guests as it is to us. I want to thank all that have been patient and understanding while the renovations have taken place.
