This property is managed by Bon Cas Vacation Rentals. You will be welcomed with a personal meet and greet. Our guest concierge is available to you throughout your stay to arrange any special requests you may have. We are also available 24/7 for any emergency situations that may arise.

Located in a secured complex in the beautiful Boegoeroei area of Aruba, you are only minutes from everything! 2 large grocery stores are only steps away! Eagle and Palm Beaches are just a short 2-5 minute car ride away.

We can arrange a rental vehicle for you at an additional cost, or if needed we can arrange transfers, taxis, or private drivers for your stay.

The guest is required to sign a form at check-in that states that the rental property and all of its contents are offered in good order. The guest is responsible for a $500 fee if evidence of smoking is discovered inside the home.

Roll-Away Bed, Crib, Play Pen, High Chair, and Car Seat rentals are available for $25 each/reservation.
Only for bookings made directly on our website, a refundable damage deposit of $250 USD will be pre-authorized to your credit card 2 days prior to CHECK-OUT. This is an authorization, not a charge, and will automatically be returned to you within 7 days as long as no damage to the property or missing items are discovered at your check-out.

Other than the automatic monthly discount, no more than 1 (one) discount may be applied to any booking. If you are booking an advertised "special rate or price" NO OTHER DISCOUNTS may be applied. These "special rates or prices" are also NON-REFUNDABLE. Some properties have discount codes that are specific to them. If a guest uses a code that is not valid for their booking, the discount will be automatically removed and the new total price will be calculated and applied.
