In addition, a hoard (pun intended) of museums are all within a 10 mile radius, and the hiking trails of the Desert Botanical Gardens, Papago Park, and South Mountain are just minutes away. 2 miles from Oasis Waterpark & Golfing at Arizona Grand Resort. Within a half hour of all other Spring Training Facilities.

On a large corner lot amid a gently aging neighborhood, we're nearly centered between four major roads; Baseline, 48th St., Southern, and 40th St., in the SE corner of Phoenix near the Tempe border.

This is a super quiet neighborhood!

You'll have a gated entrance, and assigned driveway parking. There is usually plenty of street parking available as well.

Your private space: the fully furnished studio guest house, featuring a bedroom area with a queen size 10" memory foam mattress, kitchen/dining area, and bathroom.

Shared space includes: free laundry room, huge covered furnished rear patio, the back yard w/firepit and umbrella table, as well as the front porch lounging area.

Smoking of tobacco and/or recreational or medical mj allowed outside only.

NO PETS. *Note: 1 friendly outdoor domesticated longhair cat lives on property.

spent time enjoying the area, especially the mountains

Spent most days exploring the area. Took my slingshot motorcycle on many rides, went to a few car shows, went to a couple of outdoor concerts in Scotsdale, went to "old town" went to a casino and went to Fountain Hills for an art fair. Generally just enjoyed the nice weather and relaxed.

Hi, I'm Nadine!

I'm usually pretty quiet and introverted at home (basically you do your thing and I'll do mine), although I'll occasionally pull out my inner party animal and wildly socialize for a night. I'm probably one of the calmest/chillest and happiest people you'll ever meet.

You'll often see me outside, sipping water, and smoking little sweet-smelling flavored cigarillos in the shade of the patio or front porch, while on my phone reading, researching, writing, taking care of business, or simply relaxing with social media or a game.

I'm a lifelong learner and entrepreneur, and am passionate about my career as a neurocoach and spiritual mentor, metaphysical self-development author, and speaker/trainer. I've also got a touch of what I call "homeowners' fever" (see below), and have been constantly renovating and improving the place since I moved here in 2015.

Jaime, my sweetheart of a life partner, lives on the property as well, however he's more reclusive, so you likely won't see much of him during your stay.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I first found this property through a friend who lived nearby, and rented it, moving in November 2015. The guest house was in bad shape, so with permission from the owner, it got it's first makeover in late 2016 and I began offering it for rent on a month-to-month basis.

I fell in love with this home for many reasons; unique design, spacious rooms, a corner lot, and most of all, a super quiet neighborhood. When the opportunity came up to purchase it in 2020, I was fortunate enough to be able to acquire it!

Since then, "homeowner's fever" has struck, and renovations have been ongoing. After remodeling 2 bathrooms in the main house, and expanding my closet, I started renovating the guest house. New paint, new flooring, and new cabinetry in the bathroom, to start.

The next big project will be renovating the back yard. Additional landscaping and patio work is planned for this fall, including adding a sidewalk and flowerbed borders, building a permanent brick fire pit, installing grass for a back yard oasis, tiling the patio, and refurbishing the hot tub before the winter chill sets in. The final touch will be metal tiki torches set around the border. *Note: We will do our best to accommodate your schedule and have the work be as unobtrusive as possible! *

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

You won't believe how quiet this place is, 24/7! With the exception of a few major holiday neighborhood fireworks displays, you'll rarely hear any loud noises, nor even traffic.

A huge covered patio and shaded front porch with cozy furniture makes the place welcoming inside and out. The backyard faces east, so gets a lot of morning sun, while the front porch faces south and west. Whether you prefer sun or shade, there are comfy places to hang outside all day long.

Nudists and naturists can enjoy clothing-free sunbathing and dips in the hot-tub (once completed) in the gated and block-fenced back yard.

We are close to 5 major freeways, and a plethora of dining options, shopping, outdoor activities, casinos, night clubs and music venues, museums, sports facilities, and more are all within a 10 mile radius.

You may host events in the backyard, with advance notice and agreement. Please contact me before booking to if you would like to have an event on the property.
