In the winter, drive over beautiful Hoosier Pass (an emergency route, always well-plowed and maintained) to Breckenridge for some early morning runs and then après ski with restaurants and bars ranging from local hangouts to fine dining.

Come Spring and Summer, enjoy hiking, fishing, biking, and hunting in mid 60s to low 70s temperatures. El Dorado Mountain Lodge is professionally managed by one of the premier Summit and Park County management companies, ensuring your needs will be anticipated and met. The Lodge is fully stocked with kitchenware for the chef(s) in your life, and set up for grilling while soaking in the private acreage off the back porch. Pick and choose from a host of board games, ranging from the family-fun ruining Monopoly to Yahtzee. Connect to WiFi if you get a hankering to binge-watch your favorite show, or take the Celestron telescope outside to star gaze.

Whatever your activity level or group size, you’ll be comfortably set up with four bedrooms, three on the main level (King, Queen and Twin over Full bunk). A basement bedroom with sleeping arrangements for up to six people allows you to have a dedicated kid’s room, or simply a room for the rowdier or later rising members of your group. Spacious living rooms in both the basement and the main level mean your party can spread out and enjoy different activities, or come together and create lasting vacation memories.

PROVIDED ITEMS:

The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary basic spices, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.

The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.

Pack n' plays may be available upon request. Please let us know if you will need one during your stay. Sheets are not provided.

PLEASE NOTE:

> The minimum age to rent is 25.
> There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
> This house is located at an elevation of approximately 10,000ft. More information can be found on the CDC site regarding high altitude.
> There is no air conditioning.
> Park Country has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
> The hot tub requires weekly service so stays longer than 4 nights may have a hot tub contractor stop by.
> This home is on well and septic. We ask guests to be conscious about water
> There is no cable but all of the TVs have streaming capability.
