Our property includes the entire use of the two bedroom main house as well as the two one bedroom cottages beyond the private salt water pool and tropical courtyard.

We are within walking distance to Atlantic Avenue and just 3 minutes to the beach. This property and great little city will exceed your expectations!

The space:
You just found the perfect family-friendly tropical getaway! This expansive compound is tucked away on a quite street just 1 block from the intracoastal, a short walk to the beach and all of the exciting things to see and do on Atlantic Avenue! The unique layout offers enough space & rooms to accommodate family vacations, reunions, groups of friends, set-up perfectly for the whole family or a celebration in a peaceful tropical setting. We do offer early check-in based on availability and booking.

BEDROOMS: Our property sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably. Luxury bed linens/bath towels provided. We also have Smart TVs in each bedroom with high speed Xfinity internet service and Wi-Fi where guests can sign in and watch using their favorite streaming services.

Main House:

Two Story Cottage:
First Floor - Bedroom: One Queen with a sleeper sofa in living room
Second Floor - Bedroom: One King with a sleeper sofa in living room
(Each floor has a private entrance.)

An added bonus is our private tropical courtyard between the main house and cottages with a resort style private salt water pool with sun shelf. The pool offers both heated and cooled during the seasons where you will truly relax in luxury.

BATHROOMS: Between the main house and the two cottages there are 3 full bathrooms and walk in shower in the main house.

KITCHENS & DINING: Between the main house and the two cottages there are 3 fully stocked kitchens each fully equipped including full stove/ovens, refrigerators, microwaves and all your cookware. Perfect for preparing family meals or having your own private spaces!

PARKING: Free parking at the front of the main house and secondary driveway adjacent to the cottages.

If you don't want to walk or drive to downtown Delray or the beach, you can download the Freebee App to request a free golf cart ride for guests to take you to your destination. The Freebee will also take guests back to our property. Uber and Lift are also commonly used.

No smoking is permitted on the premise. Our property is 100% smoke free.

Please note the pool is serviced weekly. This may occur during your stay for approx. 30 minutes. We do our best to service the pool between guests.
