POOL SERVICE: The pool is serviced on a weekly basis. This may occur during your stay. Which means someone will be in the backyard for approximately 30 minutes while they clean it.



LAWN & LANDSCAPING: The lawn and landscaping is maintained bi-weekly. While I do my best to have this serviced between guests, it is not always an option. There are trees and landscaping around the pool that looks beautiful! However because of that, occasionally there may be a couple leaves in the pool. We unfortunately are not a hotel that has on sight 24/7 maintenance to remove every leave the minute it blows in.
