Excellent stay!! This house was great for our family of 4! Our girls loved the pool, the house was clean and the house had everything we needed. Check in was easy and Eddie was very responsive and sweet. The location is perfect- 5 min drive to beaches and downtown. Tons of restaurants and grocery nearby. We will def be back!

Property was exactly as described. Eddie was very easy to work with and very reachable. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed - from the kitchen (dishes, platters, coffee etc..) even had napkins, paper towels, plastic wrap etc.. All bathrooms fully stocked - toilet paper, shampoo and hair dryers!!. Pool even stocked with floats. BBQ was great and outdoor seating was perfect. We were there in July and the AC worked great - and I like it cold.

The house is very roomy and sparkling clean. Eddie is a wonderful host and went out of his way to provide everything we needed. The house is very well equipped and the pool is awesome. There's a table and chairs in the shade if you need a little break from the sun. I would definitely stay here again.

We love Delray

This place was absolutely perfect. Stayed with my brother and our two kids. The house had everything, pool was incredible and the location was spot on. Eddie and Jane couldn’t have been better hosts. Wish we were still there and will be booking this place when we go back!

My family loved our Thanksgiving week at this beautiful property. It was impeccably clean and Eddie provided every amenity. The pool was sparkling clean. There are beach towels, a cooler, beach chairs for 8 and basic food items in the house. This has been my best VRBO experience to date. Despite being close to stores, the beach and Atlantic Ave the neighborhood was VERY quiet.

Relaxing Stay!

We had a great experience here. The host, Eddie, was very easy to work with. Check in was extremely easy and the entire property was very clean. The heated pool was a plus, and the neighborhood was conveniently located to many shops and not far from the beach. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in staying in Delray Beach.

Three ladies had a great Girl's trip. The location was wonderful and the house was perfect. The 3 Bed / 3 Bath worked out great. We enjoyed several days of floating in the pool - with an easy trip to Atlantic Avenue. Eddie was a great host and we are already discussing a return trip.

Great spot, exactly as advertised

This is a really lovely home - sparking clean - with a few features you cannot find anywhere else. Our kids LOVED the indoor swing, we loved having a full bedroom and bath on the main floor. Both of the upstairs bedrooms have en-suite baths, and the supply of games and other activities was exceptional. We've rented several homes in this general area and recommend this one highly.

This was our second time staying here while visiting grandparents who live in a condo complex in Delray. It's super clean, very comfortable, overall excellent. Because I hadn't noticed the two notes asking if we'd like the pool heated, it wasn't heated when we arrived on Christmas eve - totally my fault. Eddie was immediately responsive despite the holiday and turned it on for us. Great guy, great place.

Eddie was an amazing host. Very easily accessible and accommodating. We booked on less than 24 hours notice and he had the house ready to go for us the next day. The property was perfect. We loved being able to come back to the pool and patio after a day at the beach. Location was amazing, literally two minutes to three grocery stores, five minutes from the beach and the restaurants on Atlantic Ave. We will definitely return and recommend to family and friends. The worst part was having to leave!!!

Perfect Winter Getaway

This property is the perfect getaway even for just 2 or 4 people even though there is plenty of room for more. The pool and property are nice, private and well maintained. House is bright and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking accessories. It's easy to feel right at home. Eddie is the best host you could ask for. We had 2 small issues requiring his attention and he was responsive within minutes and resolved them. Couldn't ask for more. Will hopefully get a chance to go back again.

Amazing birthday weekend in Delray

This is a great property for a friends or family group. Open concept main floor - everyone can be together. Vaulted ceiling going up to the upstairs bedrooms makes the home feel larger than it is. Everything was in pristine condition. My only notes - couldn’t figure out how to get the pool light on at night (safety concern and it just would have been nice to have on for swimming and ambiance; there were also no check-out instructions included on the VRBO app).

Great spot with family

My family and I had a great time! Even with my mother in law in tow. House is well located with easy access to Delray Beach, Atlantic Ave, and Boca. Within 1000 ft of the house are restaurants and grocery stores. The house is well laid out with en suites in each room…the bidets were a nice touch. Pool was fantastic, clean and well heated. Kitchen had all the necessary accessories and in great condition. One thing to note is that since the layout is so open, from the bedrooms you can hear loud activity/noise in the common areas: something to consider if traveling with young kids.

Idyllic property

My friends and I visited this home for 3 days to celebrate my 50th birthday. The beds and linens are high quality, the house was very clean, the pool was enjoyable, and Eddie communicated all of the details in a friendly and professional manner. Everything is provided included a full-stocked kitchen and hair/body soap in the bathrooms. The location is only a few miles from the beach and the main street of shops and restaurants. I highly recommend the banana cream pie at The Hampton Social and the barley mushroom risotto at Farmhouse Kitchen; Ax Ink Studio; and coffee at Colombian Coffee House. We were within close proximity to shopping at West Palm Beach and a concert we attended in Sunrise, FL. It was an enjoyable vacation, and I highly recommend this home!

I, myself, have been traveling to Delray Beach for many years with my wife Jane and two daughters. Delray Beach is famous for its lively main street, inviting beach weather, and a thriving art scene. When we visit we enjoy the local beach as well as, local shops & entertainment or to visit the Delray Beach tennis tournaments!

My top 3 favorites have to be: the large rope-hung swing in the living room facing our floor to ceiling windows where you can see my second favorite feature, the gorgeous kidney shaped pool in the back yard, and lastly the timeless mid-century modern charm of the wooden staircase and ceiling!
