Worse experience possible

We had the worse stay starting with checking in and the bedroom on the first floor we needed for our mother in law had a broken bed. We immediately alerted the host but no one was ever sent to fix it. Here is a list of other broken or dirty items: Air conditioner was out the first two days Big hole in the side of the downstairs tub with rust all around it Black mold and and standing water under kitchen sink Washer machine leaked and had obviously been leaking to the point the floor behind the washer in the hallway was caving in and unsafe to walk on No screens in any windows which would have helped when the air was out No curtains or blinds on any windows Toilet seat was loose on several toilets Tile in the kitchen and bathrooms was loose and coming up/tripping hazard Tons of areas where drywall was exposed and baseboards were coming away from the wall All the rugs were filthy Hot tub was dirty and there was garbage all around it Only 3 dining room chairs Big hole burned in deck railing Shower head in the upstairs bathroom sprayed the wall and out of the shower causing drywall damage and most likely mold Stove top was dirty and rusted Provided coffee but no filters Refused to give us a late checkout despite us being up to 2am dealing with the washer machine Found several roaches and wasps inside Couch cushion fabric was ripped in several places

Horrible accommodation

The drive way getting up is horrible and terrifying! Unless u have all wheel or 4wheel drive don't go up! You HAVE to exceed the 5mph speed limit to get up. The living room tv didn't work the bunk room tv didn't work. We stayed a week and they left 1 towel per guest. So we constantly had to wash towels. The hot tub had no chlorine in it! They moved furniture inside and out for the pictures. This place does not accommodate 14 people or even the 10 we had! There are two rocking chairs on the upstairs patio two downstairs and two bar style chairs. So we could not sit on the patio together. There was only a straw broom for cleaning literally nothing else except 1 hand towel. No dust pan! No sponges, kitchen rags nothing! There wasn't even any type of oven mitt or pot holders. The dishes they provide are junk and dirty and again u cant cook for everyone with them. The house is in horrible condition spots on the floor feel like youll fall through and the house sags to the center. Bathroom tiles were all busted up in master bath master bed was broken. Main bathtub looked and felt like you would fall through. No blinds or curtains on any windows. All in all i felt like i just moved into my first apartment and had to buy everything we needed for the week. Really wished we would have just stayed at a resort. Their unsanitary hot tub wasn't worth it! I would give them zero stars if I could!

Gatlinburg trip

The property wasn’t took care of and the foundation has failed causing major damage to the home Hot tub was full of leaves and cover was severely damaged. Leach field covers are off, causing a major safety concern

Pretty and quiet, just needs do TLC and hot water.

Nice and quiet property. The drive is steep and the neighbors are not very nice if you have to go a little faster to make it up the hill. The hot tub was nice. The kitchen is not stocked like it says so bring your own cookware. There were also a lot of dents, dings, cracks, wear and tear that we documented upon arrival to make sure we were not charged for the repairs. The internet didn’t come on the 4 days we were there. A nice, pretty, quiet house just needs some tinkering. The worst was not having any hot water for showers. We did contact management but nothing changed.

Terrible representation

The house was not as advertised. One of the tubs was busted. One bathroom had the toilet seat sitting on the sink counter. The coded entry pad displayed low battery so we were afraid it would lock us out. Some of the amenities were not even in the house. And worst of all the managing property agents would not even answer their phones or return calls
