Lots of fun

Family members had lots of fun, we really enjoyed visit, especially the game room and pool table. Had some trouble getting in touch with guest services initially, but once we got the bug's worked out, it went better, and the visit went a lot smoother. If you have used VRBO before, than you are an old hand at this and the process is very easy. The cabin is in a great location, the view is beautiful and the neighborhood is lovely and quiet. We did see a bear and a woodchuck and some bunnies plus various birds. The mornings on the balcony was so beautiful and quiet, I'm missing it already. Thank you for a beautiful experience.

It was ok

There wasn’t any bed linens for the pullout couches sheets were dirty on beds we had to wash them dryer didn’t work well. Heat didn’t work downstairs main level was to hot. The jets in the hot wouldn’t turn off. Only one person could shower at a time no water pressure for multiple showers to run

Beware of staying in Bluebirds Over the Smokies

Worst place family and friend could stay. Dirty hand towels were found inside bedroom dresser drawers and bathrooms. All window blinds were torn, upstairs couches were torn and stained, several ceiling fans were seemingly dangerous or not working completely. If you value your family or friends, money, and time do NOT stay here! The pictures on their website are NOT the same pictures of the cabin - falsely advertised! Unclean is an understatement! Beds had urine, bed bug, and dirty hand towels in bedside drawers, rails missing on the top level balcony, and that’s only the beginning! Unprofessional, unclean, and unfortunate!

Stay was a little disappointing

I typically have great stays when I come to Gatlinburg but I paid for a nice cabin with 7 bedrooms and gorgeous views and was told two days before our stay that the cabin had been sold and they they selected a different cabin for us. I didn’t like the cabin at all they put us in just from the pictures but was told there was nothing they could do and that we were literally stuck with this cabin. There weren’t enough bedrooms for everyone, no where near enough parking, no sponge to even clean dishes, no trash bags. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the whole downstairs floor reeked of sewage so we couldn’t use the downstairs or the two bedrooms that were down there. Also no pretty views which is what I paid for with the original cabin we chose. No instructions for wifi, so we had little to no service the entirety of our stay. Property management always answered our calls tho and were as helpful as they could be. I really feel they should’ve allowed us to pick a cabin of our choice considering it wasn’t on us that we didn’t get the cabin I paid for, originally. A credit for another stay elsewhere, Would be nice.

Great memories made

This is a beautiful place, inside and outside. We had a diverse group and everyone was happy with the cabin. The location is in close proximity to so many different things to do. But just being together was the reason for our visit, and the cabin was a beautiful spot to be in for that. The property managers were so wonderful, we were coming from Florida and were very worried that we would have others waiting for us that were coming from other states, so I called and they walked me through virtual check in so everything was done! Then they called a day or two later just to make sure everything was okay!! Just very courteous to us! We had two marriage proposals happen while we were there and it was so beautiful as a backdrop, so it definitely will always have a special place in our hearts! We had an incredible stay!!

Great location but a pathetic property

Stayed with family and friends with small kids. Great location but a pathetic property. The cabin location was great. However, the property was like garbage when we checked in. The floor and countertops were dirty. The dishwasher had dirty water in it. Many appliances and equipment were non-functional including refrigerator, dishwasher showerheads are some of it... We would not recommend this property to someone who would like to enjoy their vacation in peace of mind and prefer a neat place.
