THE LOCATION

There is something for everyone here at the Lake, whether you are looking for a family friendly vacation, romantic getaway, outdoor adventure, shopping trip, or a round of golf. This is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo that sleeps 8. Located in the popular, family friendly complex of Regatta Bay.

Regatta Bay is in a quiet area surrounded by trees. It has a tennis court and two swimming pools, one of which is directly on the water. It also has a fun playground for the kids and multiple pavilions for outside seating and dining.
It is centrally located on the Horseshoe Bend Parkway. Only minutes and a small cab ride away from many waterfront restaurants and bars. This includes Shady Gators and H-Toads. It is also located in the center of many major golf courses.

The Bagnell Strip Dam can be found only 10 minutes away, where you can enjoy popular restaurants, shopping, parasailing, watercraft rentals, and partake in a Celebration Cruise.

THE SPACE

You don't even have to leave bed for a spectacular view of the water and boats. This master bedroom is lined with floor-to-ceiling windows that overlooks the lake. There is a queen bed, walk-in closet, TV with Roku, door to the balcony, and a private full-size bathroom that includes a double vanity sink.

The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed, Roku TV, 2 closets, and is attached to the common shared bathroom.

The third bedroom features 2 twin beds, Roku TV, and a private bathroom.

Living area is spacious with plenty of seating. It has a sofa sleeper bed that can sleep 2 guests, and is lined with glass sliding doors that lead to the waterfront balcony. If you’re able to take your eyes off the outdoor view there is also a Roku TV and cable in this common area.

Our balcony is large and has a view of the Main Channel at mile marker 13. We also have another patio at the front of the condo where we have a sitting area and our gas grill.


To make your stay more enjoyable we give you the convenience of traveling light. We supply linens, 9 bath towels, 2 paper towel rolls, 10 garbage bags, 9 rolls of toilet paper, and soaps (such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent). We also have a full-size washer and dryer for your extended stays.

*List of complex rules provided after booking. Guest responsible for any fines issued to them due to their negligence
*Excessive mess after departure could result in additional cleaning fees.

*Quiet hours: 10pm-8am
*Pools open Memorial weekend and close after Labor Day weekend
*Cancellation policy stands regardless of illness or weather. Travel insurance is recommended.
