Lakefront Villa in the heart of Osage Beach situated in the woods overlooking the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. Villa features 1500 square feet with 3 bedrooms 2 ½ bath to sleep 6 or 8 guests maximum. All linens and towels furnished.
Villa features a living-room, dining-room, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, two decks and a gas grill.
The main floor has a master bedroom with a king size bed and full bath. Also on the main level is the living-room, dining-room, kitchen and a full size washer and dryer.
In the living room there is a queen size sofa sleeper.
The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all cooking utensils you will need.
The upstairs bedroom features a queen bed and ½ bath.
The downstairs bedroom features a queen bed and full bath and private outdoor deck.
Villa has two smart televisions and free wireless internet.

LOCATION 17 mm in protected cove. Great for swimming, fishing, paddle boarding. Only 1 mile to groceries and restaurants.

Located next to Marine Max at the 17 mm, and 1 mile to Backwater Jacks and family cove. Less than 1.5 miles to HyVee off Bus. 54 and Osage Beach restaurants and shopping.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, and cooking items. Large gas grill and deck seating.
Sheets and towels are provided and there is a washer and a dryer in the unit.
Note: Base rate is for 6 guests, up to 8 guests max with additional fee.

Make use of the keyless entry lock for easy coming and going.

NOTE: For renters bringing a boat Please Read:
First off if your boat is longer then 25ft please do not attempt to launch at the property. For boat larger then 25 ft it is recommended to launch at LOTO State Park Marina - Grand Glaize. It is about a 15 min boat trip back our cove. For boats at or under 25 ft, it is recommend to park your boat at the top of the hill and travel down to get the lay of the land. Do not continue on to the villa with a boat or trailer hooked up. There will not be enough space to turn around. Please reach out to us for more details and suggestions.
Boat Slip is located at the dock to the right of the swim platform slip number D5.
Boat trailer parking in the lot by the boat launch is as follows: Holiday Shores on the left and Eagle Bay on the right. Please attach a zip lock bag to your trailer with a piece of paper inside stating your last name & villa #. Boat trailers can remain in this area however the vehicles must return back to the villa park as soon as possible due to limited space.
