Location! Location! Location! Look no further as you've found the perfect beach house getaway! We are directly across the street from the beach and a short walk to the best restaurants, bars and shops located in Deerfield Beach! Our 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath has all the amenities you need to have the comforts of home while enjoying the life of a beach vacation.

The Space:
Inside:
Walk into our coastal home and you'll be greeted by our open concept living room, large kitchen and coastal decor. We have 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and plenty of space to spread out. 2 bedrooms are en-suites and the half bath is available to all of our guests. We are great for those who are traveling with family with our fully stocked kitchen!
Outside:
Escape to the beach when the sun is out with the brief walk to access the sand. When you've done all you can do at the beach, come back home to our large, fully fenced backyard. A perfect place to let the kids play while you relax in the hot tub. Want to cook at home? Use our brand new gas grill for all your favorite BBQ recipes.

Getting Around:
Although a car is recommended, you can get away with staying local/walking to local spots. Uber/Lyft would be needed for groceries and anything outside of Deerfield Beach

Other Things to Note:
THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED.

Dogs are allowed. We charge a $75 non-refundable pet accommodation fare during your stay. Please inquire about multiple pets, a multiple month stay, or if you are traveling with cats.

We require an additional $1,000 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.

CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.

There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10:00 PM and ask that you please respect the neighbors. We ask that any socializing after 10:00 PM be done in the comforts of our spacious home and not outside.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Due to the popular nature of our rental, WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE EARLY CHECK-INS AND LATE CHECK-OUTS. We need this small window of time in-between guests to prepare for your stay.

TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
