Summer Getaway

This house was perfect for our stay and in a great location. Super close to everything, with a very close drive to the beach. We would definitely stay here again next time we vacation over in the Deerfield beach area.

The house was very clean, the pictures are true and it was perfect for us. Everything you need is provided by the host. The beds were comfortable and there were cots along with an air mattress also on site. The host was attentive, all instructions were provided ahead of time and were easy to follow. There are stores close by to get whatever you may need for your stay. Beach is close. The house is in a residential area.

A relaxing stay

We each had our own bathroom, the home was ready and comfortable. We were able to catch a few rays and soak in the pool before the wedding that we were in town for.

Great getaway

This is a very nice one-family home located in a residential neighborhood. However, almost everything you need or want to do is with 10-20 minutes of this location. We stayed for 3 weeks and wish it was longer. We loved the private pool and hot tub.

Relaxation

The property was very well kept and had everything we needed right down to beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for our day trip to the beach. The time by the pool was the best and we had easy access to the beach, shopping and sight seeing. Thank you for making our trip so wonderful.

Sunshine Paradise

We had a great time at the Sunshine Villa in Deerfield Beach. The location was perfect, close to markets, restaurants and beach. The pool and spa were awesome. My family came at different times during our 3 week stay and they all enjoyed themselves. Charlie and Evelina were great hosts answering all question and making checkin seemless. We hope to return soon.

Excellent place on every aspect. So comfortable. Anything you could want. So clean and well thought out. Beds were very comfy. Next year we will book again. Very close to stores and beaches. Highly recommend. Quiet neighborhood.

Second Go Around

This is our second time staying here. Last year we stayed two weeks and this year we increased it to three. We love the location of the house and the fact that we can bring our two dogs. If all goes well, we hope to stay for a month next year. Just a heads up, there are only two outlets in the kitchen, so I suggest bringing a surge protector strip if you have lots of items that need to be plugged in. Otherwise, it's a wonderful place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We especially enjoyed using the grill for a few meals and relaxing by the pool — both made the trip feel like a true getaway. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was provided. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, which made check-in and check-out a breeze.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Fantastic

Very clean, very welcoming and pleasantly surprised with how beautiful and quiet the neighborhood was and proximity to everything we needed. They didn’t have coffee or black pepper, but that’s not a big deal. We were able to go to Publix and grab those things the amenities in the bathroom were great. Fantastic we wished it was a little bit warmer and that it was a little more filled with water but overall the experience was extremely great and we would definitely come back.

Perfect stay in Deerfield Beach!

Sunshine Villa is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beaches and restaurants. We loved the well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and especially the pool and spa. The pool was the cleanest we’ve ever seen. We would highly recommend this home!

Great place

Our stay here was really great. The three bedrooms with three bathrooms was nice to have. The pool/spa are was very nice and perfect for relaxing. The house was stocked with all the things you would need. Highly recommend renting this place.

More time for family.

Family flew in from all over the states to attend a wedding. It was nice for all of us to be able to stay in the same home so we could spend as much time together as possible and not worry about coordinating schedules like you have to do when you each have different hotel rooms. The pool was nice and clean and the beach was close by.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much, and without hesitation, we’d book again! The residence is in a safe and quiet neighborhood; all the rooms and bedding felt very clean. On the first day, I had a quick question, and I was contacted immediately w/detailed instructions on how the pool heater runs its cycles. The pool temp was perfect and so relaxing! Would go back just to have the pool time again. Appliances were clean; however, we ate dinner out every night and only used the refrigerator for breakfast, lunch, and pool snacks. We were usually in bed by 10pm, but the mornings were golden with the Keurig. The home is close to everything, that was nice. Would stay again!

Weekend getaway

We came in town for a family wedding and wanted a relaxing place to stay. The house was clean and updated. It had all the amenities we would need and then some! We mainly stayed in the pool and went down to the beach for a couple of hours one day. Great house and great neighborhood!
