Style moderne entièrement rénové, maison de plage au coeur de Pompano Beach. Vous pourriez être le premier à rester dans cette maison joliment aménagée de 3 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain, juste rénové en mars 2018. Tout est neuf! Grand patio en travertin avec piscine chauffée de 30'x15 'avec une véranda couverte avec ventilateur pour vous permettre de sortir de la chaleur et de vous allonger sur un mobilier de patio luxueux. Besoin d'un peu de soleil, il y a des chaises longues et d'autres meubles autour de la piscine.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin et la maison a une laveuse et une sécheuse. La maison peut accueillir confortablement 6 adultes et avec préavis, une zone de couchage semi-privée peut être convertie pour accueillir jusqu'à 8. Les chambres d'hôtes ont des lits queen size et le maître a un lit king size. 50 "TV sont dans la chambre principale et salle familiale et un téléviseur de 40" est dans la "salle de divertissement familiale". La «Family Fun Room» dispose de deux grands sacs de fèves, d'un canapé convertible, d'une table Hi-top pour les jeux ou les boissons en soirée et d'une télévision de 40 pouces. Tous les téléviseurs sont des abonnements si populaires de Samsung Smart TV comme NetFlix, ShowTimeGo, YouTube, HBOGo et d'autres sont disponibles. Une connexion Wi-Fi est disponible dans tout l'établissement.

La maison est située à moins de 2 miles de la plage et prend moins de 10 minutes pour arriver et profiter de la célèbre plage de Pompano. Il y a de nombreux restaurants, boutiques et autres divertissements à quelques minutes de vos vacances.

Would recommend

This property offers a wide range of amenities as highlighted in their online description. The pool area is exceptional and we swam everyday before or after other activities. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were extremely comfortable - a must on any vacation. Food shopping and fitness center are both nearby. We are golfers, and there were numerous golf courses in the area. Overall, it was an extremely enjoyable experience.

Winter Escape

Stacy and John are welcoming hosts who care for their property and it shows. They work to make sure your needs are met. This was our 2nd year experiencing our escape from the snowy north in this home, and the house, the pool and general location are perfect for those seeking to escape the north. We are already counting months and days until we return next January!

We would give it 6 stars if we could!

Just an overall perfect stay. The house was up to date, immaculately clean, and perfectly furnished. The pool was warm, clean, and easy for grandma to get in and out of thanks to the stairs. The bbq was great and there were tons of outdoor chairs, and the garage was stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach. An absolutely perfect home for our week away!

Great Place for a New Year's trip to Pompano Beach

This was a wonderful home base for our family of 6 over the New Year holiday in Pompano Beach. Super clean, well-appointed kitchen and the heated pool and backyard patio was wonderful for a 'day off' from the beach. The property only supplies 6 beach towels, which wasn't quite enough for our beach and swimming needs, but otherwise we had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay again.

Fantastic Stay in Pompano Beach

We truly enjoyed our stay in Pompano Beach at this amazing property. The house is very well appointed and felt like home. The pool and outdoor space was very enjoyable. The location is close to grocery, restaurants and other local attractions. Stacy was super responsive to the few questions I had. We would love to return again in the future!!

Great property! Highly recommend!!!

We ended up in Pompano Beach, Florida after both of our rentals on the west coast of Florida were canceled due to the hurricanes. We opted to not stay on the beach but rather rent a stand alone house with a pool. The house was very nice! Top of the line finishes and very clean. It was easy to communicate with the owners as well. The only drawback was the pool was very chilly. The compressor went out and even though the owners tried their best, it was not fixed before we left. We were able to sit on the steps and cool off, just couldn’t swim. Owners provided suggestions for restaurants and activities which was nice. We had a delicious Sicilian pizza from Nick’s Pizza which was very close to the house. We also enjoyed Jack’s Burgers, also very close, and Nelson’s Diner for breakfast, super close to the house. We tried Mr. And Mrs. Crab for a seafood boil and it was delicious! We truly enjoyed our visit and if we ever go back to the east coast we will definitely try to book this place again. It had plenty of room for a family. We had my husband and I and our oldest adult son and had more than enough space. Easily could have added an additional couple.

Lovely Rental

House was clean, property was peaceful and well kept. The beach chairs, bikes, towels and umbrellas provided were an added convenience. Location was about 15 minutes to the beach, and close to stores and restaurants and less than an hour from Ft. Lauderdale airport. And the rooms were very well decorated and organized with cool items. 😎 😎😎😎😎

A perfect oasis!

This home was perfect for our family of 3. The home is beautiful, clean, and updated. Our teenaged daughter had privacy with her bedroom on one side of the house, and the master bedroom is on the other side. We loved the pool and tiki hut and used them daily! There are lots of little details and decor that give a homey feel. Kitchen is well stocked, and there are extras such as bikes, beach chairs, and rafts, etc… for the pool, that were very nice to have. We did a lot of activities and excursions in the surrounding area during our 7 day trip, and it was so wonderful to have such a relaxing home to go back to at the end of the day. Would absolutely recommend this property!

Perfect stay!

This spotless home was absolute perfection! The owners were so kind and accommodating to our requests and needs and even included a lovely welcome basket with snacks.. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with items we needed. The outdoor space with sparkling pool and plenty of shaded seating was so restful and relaxing after a day at the beach. It was so helpful to have beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler of the beach. It was so nice to have a pack and play and high chair available for our grandson. Thank you for sharing this lovely home with our family!

Definitely worth it!

Everything was great…house looked same as pictured, great communication, the pool was great. Only thing there were some ants in the bathroom and the tv in the master wouldn’t connect to the internet despite the instructions the host left incase that happened. Over all great experience!

Great family vacation spot

The property was just as described and it made for a very enjoyable week for our family! The kids especially enjoyed the pool and having all the floaties and necessities provided made for a very easy and relaxing stay. Definitely hope to be back!! 😊

Amazing stay...highly recommend!

My family and I were blown away by this home! The home was super clean and modern. The pool was absolutely beautiful and heated to perfection. Plenty of seating in the fenced in yard...we loved the tiki area! Everything we could have possibly needed was provided...bedding, bath towels, pool towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, propane grill, and the kitchen was overflowing with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots & pans, crock pots, and even storage containers for leftovers! We could not have asked for more. The location is a quiet neighborhood, and less than a 10 minute drive to the beach. The owners were wonderful to work with, and we will absolutely stay again the next time we visit the area.

Family Vacation

The house was beautiful just as listed on the website. We totally enjoyed the relaxation of the pool, porch, and grilling. This was just what my family needed for downtime from our busy schedules! We will definitely be back in the future. Excellent property!

Great stay in a great home

Incredible house! Everything for the kitchen, pool, bedrooms and bathrooms provided. Laundry facilities were stocked, and i loved the added touch of soaps in the showers. Even had alot of supplies for babies, including a pack' n' play, life vests, and a splash pool. Two days into our stay the nest was locked at 70., allowing the house to heat up to 76. during the day and each room stayed at around 73. to 75. throughout the night, so for those with Littles, definitely something to keep in mind! Overall a beautiful home and a fantastic vacation!

Relaxing family vacation

John also worked for a large cruise line for over 18 years where he honed his hospitality skills and learned the finer points of delivering extraordinary guest experiences. As frequent users of vacation rentals ourselves for over the last 20 years, we learned quickly what we liked and didn't like when we stayed at different destinations. We got to a point where when we traveled, we had to stay in a vacation rental and had a hard time staying at hotels, even the finer ones. From our own personal experiences and John's professional experience in the hospitality industry, we felt we could put together an incredible vacation experience for families or friends that would be second to none. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We've lived in Pompano Beach for 25 years and love what this area has to offer. We have raised two kids in this area and the house is literally down the street from our home. We found this house as we were riding bikes through the neighborhood and it looked like it was a perfect candidate for our vacation rental adventure. The house has a classic split plan layout with with large bedrooms and a huge pool. The basic layout was great but it needed a lot of TLC so we got to work in December 2017 and finished the project in March 2018. We think we've captured modern design with a homey, comfortable feel that should make all guests feel like they are at home but in a tropical setting. As mentioned, we have exclusively stayed in vacation rentals for the last 20 years during which time we made note of the likes and dislikes. With this experience, we made sure we included all the essentials, the basics and the "wow's" into our property features. We think you'll like what we've done.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Location, Back-Yard and Spacious. This house is very centrally located near the beach, dining and activities. Its near everything! The backyard has a large travertine patio, huge heated pool and a shaded lanai. The patio furniture is comfortable and has a large dining table that seat 6-8. The entire house is very open and spacious. All the bedrooms are big with ample closet space, the kitchen is modern and large and the family room is sizable. The house is perfect for a larger family or group of friends.
