Style moderne entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©, maison de plage au coeur de Pompano Beach. Vous pourriez ĂȘtre le premier Ă  rester dans cette maison joliment amĂ©nagĂ©e de 3 chambres Ă  coucher, 2 salles de bain, juste rĂ©novĂ© en mars 2018. Tout est neuf! Grand patio en travertin avec piscine chauffĂ©e de 30'x15 'avec une vĂ©randa couverte avec ventilateur pour vous permettre de sortir de la chaleur et de vous allonger sur un mobilier de patio luxueux. Besoin d'un peu de soleil, il y a des chaises longues et d'autres meubles autour de la piscine.

La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin et la maison a une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse. La maison peut accueillir confortablement 6 adultes et avec prĂ©avis, une zone de couchage semi-privĂ©e peut ĂȘtre convertie pour accueillir jusqu'Ă  8. Les chambres d'hĂŽtes ont des lits queen size et le maĂźtre a un lit king size. 50 "TV sont dans la chambre principale et salle familiale et un tĂ©lĂ©viseur de 40" est dans la "salle de divertissement familiale". La «Family Fun Room» dispose de deux grands sacs de fĂšves, d'un canapĂ© convertible, d'une table Hi-top pour les jeux ou les boissons en soirĂ©e et d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision de 40 pouces. Tous les tĂ©lĂ©viseurs sont des abonnements si populaires de Samsung Smart TV comme NetFlix, ShowTimeGo, YouTube, HBOGo et d'autres sont disponibles. Une connexion Wi-Fi est disponible dans tout l'Ă©tablissement.

La maison est située à moins de 2 miles de la plage et prend moins de 10 minutes pour arriver et profiter de la célÚbre plage de Pompano. Il y a de nombreux restaurants, boutiques et autres divertissements à quelques minutes de vos vacances.

Long weekend visit

We have stayed at numerous rental properties over the years and i can honestly say this was our favorite. From the moment we walked in the front where to a personal greeting we immediately felt at home. The home was spotless and everything was labeled which made it easy to find things and put away dishes. By far our favorite part was the backyard. The pool was great and the tiki hut was the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. It's obvious that the owners take pride in their property. We will definitely stay again.

Very nice, clean, modern home

Our stay was really nice. Clean, organized, modern home and had everything you'd need! We didn't love having backyard cameras and the upper pool filter never worked while we were there, so the pool had bits of debris constantly. But overall a wonderful time!

Perfect beach house just as described.

The house was amazing. Clean and stocked with all needed items. We have rented many VRBO properties and this one was among the best. The owner is very friendly and met us at the property to show us around and ensure we had what we needed. It is close to beaches, shopping and restaurants as well. We will definitely stay again. Lovely Rental

House was clean, property was peaceful and well kept. The beach chairs, bikes, towels and umbrellas provided were an added convenience. Location was about 15 minutes to the beach, and close to stores and restaurants and less than an hour from Ft. Lauderdale airport. And the rooms were very well decorated and organized with cool items. 😎 😎😎😎😎

Pleasantly surprused

The house was clean, updated and well furnished. The backyard was wonderful for our family to relax and enjoy the pool. The beds and linens were comfortable. The owners were very thoughtful and equipped the house very well. There was everything we needed and more. I recommend IndigoMar when you need a home in S. Perfect property!!

Pompano Beach is my hometown, so when we come to visit, we love staying in places that feel like home! I love this neighborhood and everything about the house is wonderful. Decorated so lovely and the back yard is amazing, also stocked with everything you can think of! John was easy to communicate with, zero issues. We came with one dog & left with two. We unexpectedly got a puppy while in town & the back yard was great for them to run around and get to know each other. We will most definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it! The house was so cozy and comfortable, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn’t have been better—so convenient to everything we wanted to do, but still nice and relaxing when we came back in the evenings. We especially loved having the bikes and beach gear available—it made our trip that much more fun and easy. We’re already talking about when we can come back!

The house was amazing. There was so much room for all of us. Pool area was perfect. The kids had a blast. The house has everything you could think of having available to use. The neighborhood is nice, and property is very well maintained. The owners take a lot of pride to make you feel welcome and had a nice welcome basket for us. The house had beach chairs and umbrellas that you can take to the beach and there was a cooler we could use as well. 15 min drive with traffic to Ft. Lauderdale, around the same for Pompano Beach. Would highly recommend this house to rent. We will definitely be back.

Great house for family get away!

The house had everything we needed and fit our family well. Everything was very well maintained and very nice. The pool and outdoor space were awesome! If you wanted the sun you could sit in the sun if you needed shade there were plenty of spots for shade. The tiki hut was very cute and a fun space to eat and relax. The location a short drive to the beach and good restaurants.

Relaxing vacation!

Had an amazing family vacation at The Perfect Beach House! The property was very clean and equipped with all kitchen and beach necessities. Loved having the beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and bikes available for our entire family of 6! The owner was very quick to respond to any questions or requests! Thanks for a relaxing stay!

Vacation pool house

The house was very clean and well appointed. The pool was refreshing with different areas in the backyard to sit and relax. I brought my two small dogs and they enjoyed themselves and were very comfortable. The water pressure was great in the second bathroom. However, the shower head was not adjustable and sprayed everywhere. The beds were a little high for short people. The TV kept turning off and freezing. Just a couple of minor issues. All in all, a great house to stay at and well worth the money. I will definitely stay there again.

As frequent users of vacation rentals ourselves for over the last 20 years, we learned quickly what we liked and didn't like when we stayed at different destinations. We got to a point where when we traveled, we had to stay in a vacation rental and had a hard time staying at hotels, even the finer ones. From our own personal experiences and John's professional experience in the hospitality industry, we felt we could put together an incredible vacation experience for families or friends that would be second to none. Give us a try, you won't be disappointed!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We've lived in Pompano Beach for 25 years and love what this area has to offer. We have raised two kids in this area and the house is literally down the street from our home. We found this house as we were riding bikes through the neighborhood and it looked like it was a perfect candidate for our vacation rental adventure. The house has a classic split plan layout with with large bedrooms and a huge pool. The basic layout was great but it needed a lot of TLC so we got to work in December 2017 and finished the project in March 2018. We think we've captured modern design with a homey, comfortable feel that should make all guests feel like they are at home but in a tropical setting. As mentioned, we have exclusively stayed in vacation rentals for the last 20 years during which time we made note of the likes and dislikes. With this experience, we made sure we included all the essentials, the basics and the "wow's" into our property features. We think you'll like what we've done.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Location, Back-Yard and Spacious. This house is very centrally located near the beach, dining and activities. Its near everything! The backyard has a large travertine patio, huge heated pool and a shaded lanai. The patio furniture is comfortable and has a large dining table that seat 6-8. The entire house is very open and spacious. All the bedrooms are big with ample closet space, the kitchen is modern and large and the family room is sizable. The house is perfect for a larger family or group of friends.
