Clair, lumineux et spacieux, ce Beach House spacieux et récemment rénové dépassera vos attentes.
3 chambres / 3 salles de bain, contemporain, maison de la piscine. 2 grandes chambres (lits king size) et une chambre à l'étage (lit queen) avec salle de bains et un salon (lit queen). Cette unité va dormir 8 confortablement. Nouveaux planchers de tuiles de porcelaine en bas et le plancher en bois à l'étage, les fenêtres d'impact et des plafonds voûtés sont quelques-unes des caractéristiques de ce lieu de vacances fabuleuses. Lounge sur le patio magnifiquement paysagé avec piscine et barbecue. Remarque: si la réservation est inférieure à 7 jours, des tarifs journaliers plus élevés seront appliqués.

Stephanie was a great host. Very responsive to our needs. The house was perfect for our family. The pool was a big hit with our 2 and a half grandson couldn’t get him out of it. The adults also enjoyed the pool. Beach was very close and just as much fun. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Thanks Stephanie.

This place is perfect! A short walk to beach, stores and restaurants. So spacious inside and spotless. Well taken care of. Host had snacks laid out for us. The beds were so comfortable. There is a private pool with lush tropical landscaping around it and plenty of towels and chairs. Quiet neighborhood. Host was very accommodating. We will be returning and are looking forward to it. You won't go wrong with this lovely home.

Charming, Comfortable, and Completely Splendid Stay!

Everything about our stay in this gorgeous home was top notch! We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing night’s sleep every night, the beautiful and comfortable accommodations, and the tranquil mornings having coffee by the pool. Great visit to Deerfield Beach

We had a great time at Stephanie's home. The house was very clean, her communications were quick, helpful and friendly. The house was just as described. Had everything we needed to cook meals. Backyard pool was very warm and fun for the kids to hang out in but most of the time was spent at the beach. Quick 3 block walk to the restaurants, 2 blocks to beach. We would stay here again.

Great stay !

Clean, cozy, house near the beach. Deerfield is a quaint beach town with friendly people and good beach access. The food was great we ate several nearby restaurants and shopping was close by. Getting around the area was easy with our rental car but also within walking distance. The beds were comfortable! Listing is as stated. The host was great very responsive and helpful. We hope to be back again one day will stay here !

Wonderful home! Very comfortable and so much room. Everything was incredibly clean with every detail accounted for and so much more. Great location, walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. Close to FAU as well. A perfect place to stay while visiting your FAU student. Great host with terrific communication and overall amazing stay. Highly recommend and we are looking forward to staying again for future visits.

Great property and great location!

The home was well appointed, clean, tastefully decorated, and close to everything...shopping, beaches, and restaurants. The beds were super comfortable, and we enjoyed relaxing on the patio and in the pool out back. The host, Stephanie, was also very responsive and quick to answer any questions that we had. We definitely would stay here again!!!

As with all real estate, it's all about location, location, location. This property is ideally situated in an easily walkable distance from town, restaurants, beaches, and the intercoastal waterway (lined with mansions which makes for an interesting walk). Stephanie was very responsive with regards to our few needs. The property was clean, and the beds were very comfortable (a must for us). My partner was in the pool on a daily basis, and while small, it provided a refreshing cool-down after a day on the golf course. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect!

Our family stayed at the Heyman’s place and had a wonderful time. Communication with the owners was great and we had no issues during our stay. Their place was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space to relax. The bedrooms, especially the master, are large so you don’t feed cramped. The bathrooms are nice and updated. The backyard area is relaxing and the pool was great after a hot day. The location is very walkable with the beach only a few minutes away and there are several restaurants within walking distance. Overall a wonderful time and if we are ever in the area again I would definitely repeat!

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. The close proximity to everything was fabulous. Stephanie was very responsive when we had a pool issue. Very accessible and remedied the situation as quick as possible. I would recommend this home to my friends and family.

Deerfield Beach boasts one of the best beach areas in South Florida. It is just a few blocks from our house and a safe area to walk, day or night. There are several
oceanfront restaurants, and many other restaurants, bars and shops on the main street. Most are casual, with great food and many feature live music.
Our beach home has everything you need for a special vacation, whether traveling with family or friends and looking for a great beach or golfing destination. There are also many things to do within a short drive. We are local owners who will be happy to give information on the surrounding areas and ensure that you have a memorable stay.
