Located less than 12 miles from Walt Disney World Resort, this family-friendly townhouse is the perfect home away from home for a magical vacation! Being part of the Regal Palms Resort allows you and your beloved guests to enjoy many incredible community amenities, including a fun lazy river, children's pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, game room, BBQ area, and fitness center.

Your private townhouse features a sunny living area with comfortable furniture throughout and a large smart TV with cable and streaming options; this is the ultimate gathering spot - feel free to stream your favorite shows and enjoy an incredible evening at home! There is an adjoining dining table with seating for six plus a convenient high chair and two additional spots at the breakfast bar. The well-appointed kitchen has all the appliances, cookware, pots, and pans needed to whip up the most delicious homemade meals for the gang. The dishwasher is the king of cleaning up convenience, while the Keurig coffee maker will surely delight the coffee lovers in the group. There is a desk with a desk chair between the dining area and kitchen, which is perfect for folks who still need to work or study from home.

All the bedrooms have smart TVs. The main bedroom has an en suite bath, and the others share access to a full bathroom.

This home has no ground-floor bedrooms.
Guests must pay a $25 tax resort fee every day they are on the property at the front desk. Guests may have up to eight bands to access the resort and towels are available to rent.
Beginning September 1, 2023, each reservation will require a $100 incidental hold placed on the payment method at the time of check-in. At the time of check-out, the hold will be returned once the provided wristbands and pool towel cards are returned to the front desk.
Parties are prohibited. If one is suspected to be occurring, security will be notified and guests will be fined $250.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
