Come stay at this fully updated cozy 4-bedroom 2-bathroom home. Conveniently located with a .6 mile walk to the Naval Academy stadium and 1.6 miles away from the heart of downtown Annapolis. This home has 4 available parking spots in the driveway as well as free street parking. There is plenty of room to relax and spend time with family. Perfect for any Naval Academy events!

The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, with a 6 drawer dresser, closet for plenty of hanging clothes or storage, ceiling fan, and two nightstands with the bathroom directly across the hall.

The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed, with a 4 drawer dresser, closet for plenty of hanging clothes or storage, lamp, and overhead LED light with the bathroom directly across the hall.

The 2nd guest bedroom offers a queen size bed, with a large closet for storage, a nightsand with a lamp, an overhead LED light, with a walk-in bathroom.

The 3rd guest bedroom offers a full size bed, with a twin size trundle, a large 6 drawer dresser, closet for plenty of hanging clothes or storage, ceiling fan, with the bathroom directly across the hall.

The upstairs bathroom feautures a bathtub/shower combo with a new showerhead, toilet, and vanity.

Our gourmet kitchen offers modern stainless steel appliances, with cabinets and drawers fully stocked with every essential you might need. ie: drip coffee pot, non-stick pots and pans, silverware, plates, glassware, tupperware, and much more!

We offer 2 separate lounge areas:

Our first offers a beautiful naturally light seating sections across from the dining room with a sofa, two seating chairs, coffee table, and a desk for remote work.

The second lounge area is in the main living room with a large three seater couch, two love chairs, coffee table, and a 55" smart TV. Both living spaces flow naturally into our dining room, which can comfortably seat 8 people.

** Outdoor Area **

Outback we have a gorgeous paved padio with vibrant foliage. We offer a grill, four seater table for dinners, food, and drink, a fire pit with two lounges chairs, and overhead string lighting!

Just what we needed

The property was just what our family needed to spend Thanksgiving with our Plebe and her friends. There was room for everyone and the location is convenient to everything in Annapolis. We’d stay again.

Go Navy

Prime location for a Navy football game and tailgate. Plenty of space, efficient use of each room for more beds if needed - held 5 friends easily. Cory was a great host!

Fantastic stay & fabulous host!

We had a great stay! The host, Cory, was wonderful, with good communication & instructions beforehand so we knew what to expect upon arrival and then throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable. Was easy drive from airport and access was super easy & convenient. The house is very comfortable and had everything a family could need. Plenty of room for our group of 4 to spread out. Very cute decor with the nautical theme, and really felt like home while we were there. I felt they put in a lot of effort to make the place cozy. The backyard patio provided a serene oasis to have our morning coffee and watch the squirrels and birds. We even had a friendly neighborhood cat stop by. We didn't light a fire, but the string lights were super cute at night. Was convenient to both the stadium and downtown, but we were glad to be staying/sleeping away from all the hub-bub of a Navy football weekend. Thanks again for a great stay and all the great communication throughout! We would certainly stay here again next time we visit and would recommend this place to anyone!

Lovely weekend with friends

We enjoyed the property, was close to the football stadium and downtown and had plenty of room for games and gatherings. Back yard was delightful in the fall sunshine. Thanks, Corey!
