This home was both charming and practical… And very conveniently located close to downtown Annapolis! The owner was in constant communication to make sure that our stay was going well, and she always offered her personal number in case we need to get a hold of her. The home was very clean, and very comfortable!

We had a great time staying here for PPW (Plebe Parent Weekend) There was plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean, full kitchen and the beds were.comfy. It was a quick and easy drive to USNA and downtown Annapolis. Lots to do in this area. Parking spot right across from the house.

Great place near historic Annapolis

We had a great time. Was close enough to walk to the stadium and close enough to meet our midshipman in downtown Annapolis for meals.

Getaway in Annapolis

Perfect for staying in Annapolis, easy walk to the stadium and to the Academy. Great Restaurants in the area and very walkable location to the rest of Annapolis. Great Amenities in the house and was very clean. Owner is very nice and is a strong communicator

Beautiful Vacation Rental in Annapolis

We enjoyed our stay very much. This vacation home is one of the nicest places we have ever rented. It’s very clean and well taken care of. We were able to walk all over Historic Annapolis from there.

The house was so neat and cozy. We were very comfortable and felt secure in the neighborhood. The location was convenient since we were attending the Homecoming weekend at USNA. Our bed was comfortable.

Great family spot in Annapolis

This house was spacious enough for our family of 7 and had all the extra things--extra blankets, pots and pans, etc--that we needed. Very clean. Good location near downtown. Parking was on the street, but not difficult to find a spot. We'd definitely stay again.

Great home in Annapolis to stay

This is a beautiful home, and the owner obviously takes pride in their home. Very clean! It is a short walk from restaurants, and such. We were in for the boat show, and it is within walking distance of the docks, albite it is on the longer side. That said, you'll have to walk from your car too lol, and this house is worth it.

Great location, quiet neighborhood

Location was great - tucked away and quiet but very close to USNA so we could trek (by car) back and forth to visit our Midshipmen. Close to stadium and 5 min to Safeway for groceries; easy drive to get to downtown too. Neighborhood is very quiet. Off street parking is easy and never a problem directly out front of the house (the neighbors seem to save 'our' space for us each day). It was fun having 3 levels. Beds were nice and there were plenty of towels and a well appointed kitchen. Bonus: there is a high school running track across the street, so no excuse not to do some laps before each day's excursion (several local people were doing the same). Fun!

Cheerful Stay at Cheerful

Our family needed to be in Annapolis for the week. We loved our stay and the house was very clean and modern. We had the ability to spread out across the 3 floors and there were 3 TVs on each floor. The location is close to all the main places in Annapolis to visit. We did not walk downtown but did enjoy walking the track one street away from us. We had a nice, active stay and even had room for 2 people to work on desks in the bedroom and the basement. The host was nice and communicative. We had a good time.

Very helpful!

Our stay was tainted by the airline losing our luggage-which we did not get back until checking in to fly home. Our host at the vrbo was so very helpful and truly made the stay bearable. Thank goodness for the washer and dryer which we had to use everyday since we had such limited clothing. The location is perfect. We walked downtown to eat and explore the area. There was enough space that we were able to not be on top of each other. Since everyone was a little cranky and frustrated with our luggage situation we all needed a little space. I am very thankful we found this little gem. It was the highlight of our stay.

Thanksgiving away from home

We were looking for a place to spend our Thanksgiving and this was perfect! Great location close to downtown Annapolis. Marina was awesome - she was super responsive and took time during the holiday weekend to answer our questions. We loved that there were two places to hang out. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of extra towels and blankets. General notes: The sofa bed in the basement is not a pull out as expected but is technically a twin bed and the bunk bed is actually a twin with a trundle bed. The biggest issue was parking. We had to park in the lot most of the time since there was nothing available on the street even though there was supposed to be a spot for us. Overall the stay was perfect. We would stay with Marina again. Highly recommend!

Not what we expected

Communication with host was very good. We broke one of the wine glasses because it didn't fit in the dishwasher, but the host was very nice to accept that, but maybe it should say don't put them in there. She helped to get my 3,000 deposit before the standard 14 days. At least I was not forced to buy insurance. I was told the refund would be right away. When you pay so much security deposit you become more noticeable about the stain and burnt mark on the love seat as well as loose slates on the entry steps. There were alot of steps to enter and the 2 bathrooms were either upstairs or downstairs. The upstairs was too hot for some of our family even with additional fans.The most surprising items that we didn’t know until the checkin day was that inside the house was a shoe free zone and the parking was for 1 car. We also put the trash out on Sunday night and that had not been done for weeks. We were also surprised to be told to wash the towels. The filter on the refrigerator needs to be replaced.
