West Hyde Park at Kingston Plantation is a quiet community enclave, away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach. This community of condominiums sits within walking distance to the beach. Bring your binoculars, this two bedroom, two bath condo is located on acres of lush grounds, ponds, palms and pines. The entire complex is beautifully maintained and buildings are well-kept. Parking is easy, front-door access. The quiet neighborhood feeling is fantastic for those who want to live close to the beach, within the secure gates of a more peaceful natural setting, with the "city" excitement of Myrtle Beach just minutes away.

There are many things to enjoy during your getaway. Kingston Plantation mixes resort life with beautiful landscaping, lakes and winding sidewalks with a short walk to the beach. This 2nd floor condo (NO Elevator) is a cozy 2 bedroom/2 bath. The interior space is well decorated, offers great views with a bright airy feel and high vaulted ceilings. There is a "visual" fireplace but non-working. Bedrooms are really large suites with King bed in the master and King bed in the guest room. Relax in thoughfully furnished rooms including flat screen tv's, with a large open style kitchen and remodeled bathrooms. Double vanity in the master bath, with seperate area for toilet, tub, shower. The guest room offers great "woodsy" window views and a private bathroom en-suite space for vanity and tub/shower occupancy.

Prepare delicious meals, with the fully stocked essentials, and enjoy comfortable seating for six, around the table. After dinner, toast each other with a glass of wine on the deck, overlooking the pond and planning the next day's golf at one of the the hundreds of local courses. Be sure to leave a few lazy days for combing the pristine beaches in search of the perfect souvenir shell.

In NMB, Barefoot Landing brings Broadway-style live musical productions at The Alabama Theatre. Famous concert performances are a regular at the House of Blues & over 100 shops and restaurants criss-cross the boardwalks over the open waters. The waterfront complex has undergone a huge makeover since 2019 to bring in fresh new specialty boutiques and great eateries. There are kids attractions and weekly summer outdoor concerts to go with the fireworks displays. You'll find everything from the best beach wear, shoe shopping, wonderful sweet shops filled with treats, to LIVE alligators & tigers to amaze. You can rent jet skis on the Waterway, cruise in a dinner boat, rent a pontoon or guided fishing expedition, & even enjoy the views from a number of restaurants.

Just a short 10 minute drive south, to Myrtle Beach, for more excitement. The Sky Wheel is a 200' high view of the coastline in a totally enclosed, air conditioned gondala. Stroll the renovated oceanfront boardwalk area, with gift shops, historic arcades & tourists attractions along the old original Pavilion area. Nearby, Broadway at the Beach will WOW everyone in your group. This huge FUN complex offers unique places to shop, eat, celebrate & play.
