Primary also has a 40" Flat Screen TV, nightstands, lamps, dresser, privacy drapes, closet, & ceiling fan. The attached bath features a combo tub/shower & large vanity area. The Guest Bedroom has a quiet feel with blue hues, wall-mounted TV, dresser, nightstands, lamps, & closet. The Guest Bath is attached and has a combo tub/shower & vanity. Our unique Gulf Front outdoor lagoon-style pool with Hot Tub, Lazy River, & sunning deck will serve as a refreshing oasis during your stay and is located right on the beach. A secondary, complex-side, outdoor pool, hot tub, & grilling area are also a BIG hit, too! Enjoy use of our Boardwalk straight out to the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico & rinse stations for your convenient use on the way back in. In case you're caught on a rainy day or just need a moment out of the sun, our indoor pool can't be beaten. Guests are welcome in the common lobby & front desk area. CHECKING IN - Crystal Tower is located on the North side of W. Beach Blvd only 1.5 miles West of Downtown Gulf Shores with plenty of nearby Water Activities, Boutique Shopping, Restaurants, Nightlife & more. You'll find easy parking available onsite. Our courteous front desk associates will help with any questions you may have about the facility. Your 1 included parking pass and registered guest wristbands will be on the kitchen counter upon your arrival. Please complete the parking pass form and display during your stay. Carts are available for guest use to bring your luggage to your condo. Take one of 3, brand-new, high-speed elevators to the 12th floor -your condo is on the right. A lockbox near the front door will have your key. Checkin is at 4pm & checkout is at 10 am. Lockbox code will be emailed 4 days prior to your arrival making checkin simple and hassle-free. No waiting in line to pick up a key from another office. Please note, early checkin and late checkout are not available at this property.

PARKING PASSES: 1 pass has been included in your reservation. Guest may purchase one additional parking pass @$40+tax by making arrangements with management at least 2 full business days prior to arrival. Passes valid for the duration of your stay. No Trailer, boat, RV, or oversized vehicle parking permitted. Parking is not assigned - general parking only. Guest must also purchase resort wristbands for all registered guests (max 6). Beautiful time and location
We had a great time and loved the fact we were close to the beach. Went on excursions and just loved all the extras like the beach toys and chairs. Kitchen had everything we needed. Called once for help and it was sealed with immediately. Would definitely return.

First off, the pictures were misrepresented, because I originally saw two queen beds in a bedroom, and when we got there, there was only one queen bed, and I'm guessing they were expecting the sofa to be used. But that is not what I was expecting as I saw the pictures with two queen beds in one of the rooms, so I was very disappointed by that. The kitchen faucet was dripping constantly. The toilet seat in one of the bathrooms was loose and wouldn't stay put. It would've been nice to have more than just two lawn chairs on the balcony. Cleanliness was just mediocre. The floors were pretty dirty otherwise our stay was fine.

Lovely View!!
Immediately the first thing I noticed was the view, it’s so beautiful you don’t even realize it’s not directly on the beach! The skywalk to the pool and the beach was perfect, with two small children we never had to cross the road. The condo was very clean and well taken care of! Looks exactly like the pictures! We had a small issue with the freezer, but it was immediately addressed and taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!
