Condo récemment rénové 2 chambres / 1 salle de bain en bord de mer qui offre une cuisine complète avec tout nouvel appareil en acier inoxydable, des installations de restauration, une toute nouvelle laveuse / sécheuse mars 2016, un nouvel écran plat T. V. 's dans les deux chambres et 42 'Smart-TV dans le salon avec lecteur DVD. Nouveaux lits - Queen Master, 2 lits jumeaux et nouveau canapé-lit, meubles, peinture, A / C et bien plus encore.
Le Beach Front est un complexe de condominiums à faible densité (36 unités) situé DIRECTEMENT SUR LA PLAGE avec le seul belvédère en bord de mer couvert en permanence de l'un des condos sur le rivage. C'est un endroit idéal pour commencer ou terminer votre journée en regardant les levers et couchers de soleil.
Il n'y a pas de piscine au bord de la plage, mais le golfe du Mexique est à QUELQUES ÉTAPES sans rue à traverser ou soucis de circulation ...

We loved the simple, easy walk to the beach! Down a set of stairs, across a small boardwalk and we were there! The hosts were kind and laidback about the whole process- we really appreciated that. The condo was perfect for us! We loved that the carport had some toys, beach chair, and umbrella that made our packing lighter and our beach time more enjoyable! We look forward to staying here in the future.

We were so happy with our stay here. It was perfect size and very clean. Parking was easy and the location to the beach couldn’t have been better. I appreciated the chairs and umbrella they had for us to use. I also couldn’t get over how quiet and peaceful it was where we stayed. Cathy was very responsive when I had questions and made it easy to reach her if needed. I would definitely return for any future visits.

Just steps from the beach! Perfect for coming and going to the beach with little kids without having to cross the road. Convenient area to spray off before coming into the condo. Covered parking, good beach chairs and umbrella to use. It was nice to have a kitchen and we bought a small deal of laundry detergent to wash some laundry before we left. Beach toys for the kids to borrow! “Crabbing” at night was so fun with the kids!

The listing is very clear on what to expect. Nice little spot near the beach. Not so crowded on this part of the beach. There are beach toys that are available for your kids in case you didn’t bring any. The condo is cleaned up. The TVs have a bunch of free movies and shows you can watch. The shower floor feels a little loose . The curtain to the shower touches you if you close it (very tight spot). There is black mold? (Idk, the ceiling has black stuff growing on it). The “queen” sized bed is not queen sized. Probably a full. Overall it was very comfortable place to stay and I would stay here again.

We wish you would have.contacted us during your stay in order for us to provide you with what we might have missed for a perfect stay. We are getting ready to go into our busiest season and went to check out kitchen inventory. We found that we have have 3 pots, 1 sheet pan,2 skillets 16 plates,8 bowls, silverware for 8,6 drinking glasses and 2 wine glasses,6 coffee cups. In addition a blender,mixer and cutting board,ice cream scoop. 3 Carving knives. We are going to add 2 more sheet pans because that seemed to possibly be an additional need. Sincerely hope that your stay was very enjoyable otherwise Thanks again Tom and Cathy

This condo is really just steps away from the beach and offers on of the only Beachfont Gazebos in Gulf Shores. Gulf and Beachviws from both bedrooms.
