Really enjoyed da few days at beach for girl’s trip. Lived the puzzle that we’re in the condo on the night and rainy days. One downside was going old school with the key and not a combination lock.

Thank you for your review! We’re so glad you and your friends enjoyed your girls’ trip and had a chance to relax at the beach. It’s wonderful to hear that the puzzle came in handy for your evenings and rainy-day downtime. We love providing little touches that help guests make the most of their stay, regardless of the weather. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the traditional key entry. We understand that many travelers prefer the convenience of keyless entry systems, and we will share your comments with the property owner for consideration. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We hope to welcome you back for another beach getaway in the future!

B family!

We thought we were getting two bedroom. One with king bed and the other bedroom with queen bed plus full size bed.Second room only had a full size bed and the living space had a couch bed. The location and views were amazing! The ocean was right outside the door as were the heated pools. Then building was very clean and the atmosphere was very family!

Didn't like having to go to another location for keys. need code doors so don't have to go somewhere else to get and drop off keys. also so don't have to keep up with keys. Other than that nice.

Probably the main complaint was all the mold in the shower. But another is that when we got there, the couch cushions were standing upright. When we went to lay them down and sit in the couch, they were very wet. After calling the cleaning contact we were informed they had been cleaned. Which is good I guess but it would have been nice if we had been told that. Also in my son’s room all the lamps were unplugged, so we had to spend time crawling behind furniture to get them plugged in so he could use them. It really could use a deep clean and a decor refresh.

Not for me

Bathrooms are very small. The condo had a awful odor. Had to go buy candles and air fresher. Had air condition turn off for three days trying to get smell out of condo. Husband found something rotten in garbage disposal he said it looked like slimy chicken skin. The bathtub sounded like it was going to fall through floor. Never heard a bathtub make a cracking sound. We traveled to Pensacola FL and to Mobile AL some great things to do and see and some great food. No I will not book this condo again. Found a lot of shells after storm.

4.5/5 Condo as advertised

We enjoyed our visit. The property was as pictured in the advertisement. Basic necessities covered. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking/eating/drinking, we just had to buy the groceries (basic seasonings would be a nice addition). The doors to the balcony took a minute to figure out how to open when you're used to sliding doors. It would be nice to convert the entry to a keyless entry vs having to go to the office to pick up & drop off physical keys. The bathroom for the main bedroom is the shared common bathroom, with the secondary bedroom having a separate bathroom, which is unusual. I would strongly encourage a better quality bath tissue (TP) instead of the cheaper 1-ply that was offered. I did appreciate that puzzles were available for entertainment but would add some card games, dice, or dominoes for additional entertainment for future guests, but we came for the beach so that's what we did. The elevator was quick, the pool was nice, and the beach was just a short walk down from the pool area. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to others in the future.
Pool view from the balcony
Coast view from the balcony
Balcony had lots of seating which was nice!

Thank you for your detailed and honest feedback! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and found the condo as advertised, with the kitchen well-equipped for your needs. We appreciate your suggestions regarding seasonings, bath tissue quality, and additional entertainment options — these are great ideas that we’ll certainly consider to enhance future guests’ experiences. We understand the balcony door and key pickup process might have been a bit different than expected and will look into ways to improve convenience. It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed the quick elevator, nice pool, and easy beach access. Thanks again for recommending our condo, and we hope to welcome you back on your next visit!

Poor manners by managers

To begin with did not give good instructions on floor location. Room had no extra toilet paper for a 4 night stay. Turned in keys to man at the office and he never said thank you nor did you enjoy your stay? I get calls 3 hours after I left by office telling me I had not signed the rental agreement which I was told the same thing Sunday when I checked in. She then printed a rental agreement and I signed. Then on Thursday calling me saying I had not signed one I told them the story then she said okay. I get another call 5 minutes later from another lady asking for the keys which I left at 9:30 to a man in the office. Described the guy and vehicle he walked out and got into. She was very rude. Will Never stay with Poole and Associates again. Not friendly management at all.
