We're thrilled to introduce you to our brand-new, professionally decorated home, just a stone's throw away from the mesmerizing Gulf coast and a short drive from some of the finest seafood restaurants in the area. This haven offers you a serene haven with a view from the screened-in back deck that's perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a cocktail after a day at the beach. The front porch provides a vantage point to overlook the conveniently situated pool, just a few steps away. On the side of the home, there's a sandy play area for the kids or space for a leisurely picnic.
This stunning home boasts three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, accommodating up to 10 people comfortably. The high ceilings create a sense of spaciousness and provide ample room for the entire family. The fully equipped kitchen, living room with a full sofa sleeper, and a convenient half bath ensure you and your guests have everything you need for an exceptional stay. The master suite is an oasis of relaxation with a king-size bed, TV, and its own attached bathroom. The two guest rooms share a bathroom and are located across from the half bath. One guest room features a cozy queen bed, while the other offers two full-sized beds, perfect for providing the kids with their own space.
Just a short stroll away, you'll find the beautiful white sands of the beach. If you prefer not to walk or drive to the beach access, we can arrange a golf cart rental. Please contact our office at 251-948-8030 to set up your reservation for this service, as it's a separate fee and must be preapproved.

Please note that trailers, jet skis, or boats are not allowed to be kept on this property.
For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st, a minimum stay of 60 days (two months) is required. Reservations that don't meet this criterion are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
This property is professionally managed by Poole and Associates, ensuring a high level of service and care. Additional details include the requirement for vehicle registration tags, which can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly, with a maximum of two cars allowed. While linens are provided, we recommend bringing your own beach towels. The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.
Please note that guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent this property, and photo ID is required at check-in. Smoking is not permitted inside the home, and pets are not allowed.
For extended stays during the winter months, be sure to inquire about our "Snowbird" rates available from November through February.
