A 60" Flat Screen Smart TV mounted on the charming accent wall creates that relaxing vacation ambiance of your dreams & serves as the focal point of the living room. The Dining Room table seats 6 with 4 nearby breakfast bar stools for additional guests. Step out from the Living or Dining area onto the charming covered porch and catch views of the neighboring Marina as charter boats and fishermen come and go as you lounge on the Adirondack chairs under the cool ceiling fan breeze.

KITCHEN: LARGE, OPEN CONCEPT, & ALL BRAND NEW! This modern coastal style fully equipped kitchen boasts fresh & clean lines & will have you inspired to make delectable cuisines right at home. Guests will enjoy a wall-mounted Flat Screen Smart TV with soundbar, nightstands, lamps, & ceiling fan. The Luxury 5 piece attached bath features an elegant mosaic-tiled walk-in shower in bright whites, grays & blacks with glass enclosure. The oversized walk-in closet has plenty of guest storage & access to water temperature for the home. Find a dual vanity, fantastic lighting, and an elegant and striking soaking tub setting the scene for your spa-like experience.

The remaining Guest Rooms are located on the Upper Level of the home and each has an attached bath. At the top of the stairs, you will find a great extra Bonus Loft space with 40" Smart TV, plush & cozy sectional that pulls out into a Queen Bed. This space is great for Gaming & Hanging! Down the hall, you'll find a Guest Bedroom with a Queen Bed & Private Attached Bath with combo tub/shower in bright white subway tile. This room has a Gorgeous black accent wall you won't find in other vacation homes, dresser, nightstands, closet, & ceiling fan. You also have access to the upper-level porch from this room with a peak at the neighboring Marina views. The second Guest Bedroom is at the end of the hall and includes another unique find...a custom-made Twin Bunk Loft Bed mounted above a beautiful Queen bed with a super-fun, surfer-vibe wallpaper accent wall. Access the same Upper-Level porch from this guest room, as well. This room has a ceiling fan, closet, dresser, nightstand, wall-mounted 50" smart TV, and an attached bath which is also accessible from the common hallway. The bath is spacious and includes dual sink and combo tub/shower in bright white subway tile.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Under the home you'll find convenient covered parking in the front and relaxing entertainment space in the back. Fully gated space under the home is furnished with a brand new outdoor cushioned living set, handsome outdoor dining set seating 6, and Brand New Propane Gas Grill with Utensils. Extra tank on standby. Please inform management when backup tank is used and primary becomes empty. Garden Hose is available for rinsing off beach gear and sandy toes helping to keep the mess outside of your vacation home. The beautiful sodded backyard is a great place to play or lay in the sun and view the neighborhood outdoor pool. This outdoor living space can be accessed from the home's back staircase off the laundry room or from the front gate under the home near the front door.

LOCATION: This home is tucked away just off the main Beach Road amongst a new neighborhood development of approximately ~10 houses on the central/central east side of Orange Beach about 1 mile from Perdido Pass & Alabama Point public beach. The Neighborhood sits just west of Zeke's Marina on Cotton Bayou. Driving Directions: From 161 (Orange Beach Blvd) in Orange Beach, Turn East onto Perdido Beach Blvd and go 1 mile. Turn Left after Shell (Summit) at the west end of the Shrimp Basket shopping strip. Follow this road back onto Madison Ave ~500' -the home will be on your left. Beach access is across the street from Shell Gas, just west of the Island House Hotel. The hotel has also given permission for guests to access the beach through their property, as well. Please note, there is not a dedicated pedestrian crosswalk at this location. Traffic on Perdido Beach Blvd can be heavy at times. Speed limit for this area is 45mph at the time of listing. For alternative Beach access points, guests of Blessing On The Bay may choose to drive 1 mile east to Alabama Point Public Beach Access or Drive 1 mile west to either Cotton Bayou Public Beach Access Point or to the Cotton Bayou Public Boat Launch.

CHECKING IN - A door code -active at checkin (4pm) and deactivated at checkout (10 am) will be emailed 4 days prior to your arrival making checkin simple and hassle-free. No waiting in line to pick up a key from another office.

PARKING - There is no additional charge for parking. Guest may park up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. 2 spots are covered under the home and convenient for rainy days. No Trailer, boat, RV, or oversized vehicle parking is permitted.

EXTRA AMENITIES & IMPORTANT GUEST INFO: Complimentary TV package & free WiFi is provided. Please note: Starter set ONLY paper goods, trash bags, soaps, etc provided for guests' convenience for first night stay - guests will likely need to bring additional items. Nice property
We were in town for a cheer competition at the Wharf Amphitheater. The driving distance was not too far. The house is conveniently located within walking distance to an ice cream/candy shop and restaurants. Walking across the street to the beach was a little tricky, but the kids enjoyed the pool. The house was very clean and nice! We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful property. Well equipped, wonderfully decorated, nice TVs in each room, comfy beds, lots of room for the family to spread out. Loved the pool for the houses in the area. Suggest higher quality towels and sheets for the price and quality of the property.

Amazing Stay
Very clean, everything new, felt like home. If you live in an upscale community and living an abundant lifestyle, this rental definitely gives you that same feel. Close to the Beach and the lake. Its literally right in between them both. It also has a swimming pool in the backyard, so there were many options for entertainment. We had an amazing time barbecuing on the grill and spending quality family time at this location. We will definitely visit again in the near future. Oh and its only 5 minutes from the Florida state line.

Wonderful, beautiful & clean!
Wonderful spot. Great little restaurants within walking distance. Only negative was that it's across the street from the beach, but the spaciousness of this place was AMAZING! And so clean and well decorated.
