Bienvenue Ă  A Beach Life! Une magnifique maison de plage avec de la place pour toute la famille. Ce duplex nouvellement construit offre un foyer commun, un terrain de volley-ball et une grande piscine. Le salon a une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat, la salle Ă  manger peut accueillir six personnes, avec des siĂšges supplĂ©mentaires au bar. La cuisine est ornĂ©e de comptoirs en granit et d'appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers en acier inoxydable. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e pour votre commoditĂ©. À l'Ă©tage, vous trouverez une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse empilables pour votre usage.

Cette unité a trois balcons et une véranda avec un joli coin salon, un parking couvert. L'étage inférieur comprend une chambre et une salle de bains. Cette chambre dispose d'un lit queen-size et d'un balcon privé. A l'étage, vous trouverez le maßtre avec une salle de bains. Le Master est meublé d'un lit king size, d'une grande télévision à écran plat et d'un balcon privé. Juste en bas du couloir, il y a une chambre supplémentaire avec deux ensembles de lits superposés. Chaque couchette inférieure est pleine et chaque couchette supérieure est un lit jumeau. Dans cette chambre, vous trouverez également une télévision à écran plat, une salle de bains et un balcon privé.

Vous ĂȘtes en plein centre-ville avec un court trajet en voiture ou Ă  pied de tout, surtout la plage! Vous ĂȘtes situĂ© juste en haut de la rue des meilleures boutiques de souvenirs et de dĂ©licieux fruits de mer. Alors venez faire "A Beach Life" VOTRE vie de plage!

Toute rĂ©servation effectuĂ©e avant le 1er octobre pour la saison d'hiver (janvier et fĂ©vrier) nĂ©cessite un minimum de 60 jours (deux mois). Les rĂ©servations qui ne rĂ©pondent pas Ă  ces critĂšres sont susceptibles d'ĂȘtre annulĂ©es par la direction. AprĂšs le 1er octobre, les rĂ©servations peuvent ĂȘtre effectuĂ©es pour les mois d'hiver Ă  un minimum de trois ou sept nuits, selon les spĂ©cifications de l'unitĂ©.

Beach life 3A

Our vacation rental was fantastic! The pool in the backyard was a major highlight, and we also loved having a sand volleyball court right there. The place was spotless and well-equipped with all the essentials we needed to get started. The location was also perfect for exploring the area. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the key return process. Most places now use key codes, which are much more convenient.

Poole Properties Scam.

Poole properties does not provide their guests with a hassle-free vacation. To check-in, guests must fight traffic to a remote location to pick up the keys and parking pass. Since we were a late check-in, our keys were left in an envelope on the front door of the property. Any thief could have taken our keys and parking pass. All of our stay our road was blocked by road construction. Poole properties failed to mention that. So our front porch view was nothing but road work. Poole properties does not provide 2 parking passes for a house that holds 10 people. They charged us for an additional parking pass. That is a low life scam in our eyes. They would only allow 2 vehicles on the property. The driveway could easily held 3 vehicles with plenty of extra room. Poole properties boasted that we would save money if we booked directly with them. Felt like they were trying to get us to cancel our reservation and short change VRBO. The ice maker in the fridge would clog every 3 hours. The fridge or freezer does not stay cold. Instead of replacing a fridge, they are aware it has a cooling problem. They just hope guess think it's their fault. They accomplish this by a snarky framed note on the fridge. Everyone in our group read it and laughed. All appliances are outdated in the kitchen. You can easily tell by the 1990s utensils and coffee maker. A simple Keurig coffee machine and a decent microwave would have gone a long way. Check-out was same as the check in.

Family Time in Gulf Shores

Our families met in Gulf Shores to celebrate Thanksgiving. The property was perfect for our group. We had ample space, and were located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. We loved the backyard sand volleyball court and gas fire pit.

Bama Vacay

My girlfriend and our 4 friends all stayed here. Plenty of room, across from the beach with a liquor store in the middle. Great restaurants near by. The property was clean. Had a pool and beach volleyball. Just a great lovely time. I will look at booking here again for sure in the future

Great location!

We stayed here this past week and thoroughly enjoyed it. You cannot beat the location. The place was clean. Could walk everywhere which we loved. Check in could be updated with adding keyless entry and use a code. They could give you a few more bath towels and dish cloths but not a biggie dollar general is right up the road. I would definitely come back and stay here.

The property was neat and clean and bright and cheerful. 4 decks, 2 of which had a view of the Ocean. There was a pool in the back and volleyball.

Senior Trip

We had 3 adults and 7 newly graduated seniors. Location made it easy to walk to beach, stores and restaurants. Sand Volleyball area was a big hit. The townhouse was clean but just a little run down. The pool area was nice with cabanas and seating although we were usually the only ones there. If everything was booked probably could have been crowded. The downsides: the pool was pretty dirty, you need to bring everything (garbage bags, laundry soap, salt and pepper, etc). There was only one dish towel.

The interior was better than promised. The kitchen was fully equipped. A wonderful place for a getaway about 2 blocks from the beach.

Awesome property

The condo was wonderful. Very well maintained and extremely clean. Could have used a few more dish towels. Great location to restaurants, the beach and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Vacation Property for Family

We had two families and the house was perfect! We had plenty of room! The walk to the beach is short. We had great waves and plenty of room on the beach for our teens to play games. We loved the sand volleyball court and swimming pool. We also loved that there are many restaurants and things to do that were within walking distance. We’ll be back!!! The Tea Family

Great location! Outstanding accommodations!

The house was great and clean. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Very close to the beach, restaurants and plenty to do in the area within walking distance. Definitely recommend!

The property looked exactly as pictured and is well kept. Conveniently located. A short walk to the beach, dining, shopping, and the Hangout. There is a pool on-site and sand volleyball. Property management very helpful and easy to contact.

Loved this place!

We had a great stay at this property and the back hangout area was perfect! My boyfriend asked me to be his wife in the sand area by the fire pit! The rooms were all spacious for all 9 of us. We will definitely be back!

Beach house vacay

It’s one block off the main road and the view on one side of the house is a parking lot. But it was very enjoyable for us. About a quarter mile walk to the public beach entrance and they had chairs and umbrellas you could rent. Pool was very small and not clean.

Perfect location, gorgeous house!

We had 3 couples staying here and it was the perfect amount of space. (We even could have had more people and still been comfortable.) It was so nice to all have our own bedroom and bathroom and the price was so affordable for this awesome location. The walk to the beach was easy and quick. We could also walk to restaurants, shops, the grocery store, and the liquor store. The house had everything we needed. We barely used the communal amenities, but they were all very nice and it was nice knowing they were there if we wanted to do something different than be at the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!
