Ready to slip away on your next getaway? License to Chill is a fantastic 3 bedroom condo nestled in the Desert Color community in St. George, Utah. This fully furnished vacation rental is equipped with everything your party will need to have a great stay! From the fully equipped kitchen to the comfy couches and smart TVs throughout, you are going to love relaxing at this great vacation rental. Enjoy a rooftop deck patio to either sunbathe during the day, or stargaze at night, but be sure to leave time to wander over to The Shores Resort to enjoy all their incredible amenities!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, 6 community pickleball courts, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. This will ensure not only your safety but the safety of the construction workers.

Fantastic location

We loved the location with the green space out front, the lagoon and the private hot tub for the surrounding units. The other reviews of paper-thin walls was very accurate and unfortunate. The rooms/layout worked perfect for us and we enjoyed the rooftop area.

Small, Cramped and LOUD

I was not expecting the front door to be all the way around on the back side of a building, hauling all of our stuff by hand from the parking lot on the otherside was a huge hassle, not carts to haul your stuff in, just seemed poorely designed. Front living space was absolutely tiny. We could see that two of our beds sheets where never changed from the previous peoples stay, hair and crumbs in the bed, absolutely disgusting. Worst of all, the neighbors were constantly fighting and yelling with each other, the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are saying, hence cannot sleep if your neighbors decide to stay up all night. All in all, it was a horrible place to stay.

Unit 92 License to Chill

The condo is in a really nice community. Pool and hot tub facilities were great. A lot of families of all ages. Very convenient to a lot of hiking and outdoor activities. The only thing that was a bit of a surprise warehouse in the walls were in the condos. . Really felt like you could hear every word people were saying and could get a bit loud because they house bigger groups. We would return for sure but if you’re looking for a quiet Place, maybe not the spot. We had three teenagers with us so we could deal with it. Otherwise, it was very clean, convenient, and homey. I bet in five years, it will look completely different. Could use a few nearby, coffee, shops, stores etc. We basically used the Walmart 10 minutes away for most things.
